We had the house special and Sea Side dream pizzas. They were okay. All pizza is good and edible. This was no exception. It was good, but just lacked having its own originality and a unique wow factor that would separate itself from other places To make us want to come back. We only tried the pizza so maybe the rest of the menu has some great items We did not experience. We received good service from the waitress, however the staff was very vocal with the "regulars" at the bar about their dislike for certain previous patrons, speaking about them very negatively. When were paying, the restaurant still had 40 minutes left til close, and customers walked in. The waitress gave them an angry glare and shouted angrily to the kitchen "WE GOT 4 more." After she seated them, she continued to discuss with the bar patrons how they shouldnt have come to the restaurant, and the family clearly heard them. Very rude, and unprofessional. It didnt happen to me so I didnt feel victimized, but it was enough to make me decide to not go back there again knowing how they talk about their patrons negatively in front of others. Save it for when youre closed.

Just moved into the area 6 months ago. Food is amazing, love their pesto pasta. They didnt get 5 stars due to their service. Michelle is amazing, and Im sure the staff tries their best. But- 99.9% of the time they answer their phone with "please hold" and then proceed to place you on hold for 3-9 minutes without asking if youd like to hold which is pretty standard customer service 101 procedure. They either need to open another branch that solely handles their delivery/to go orders or hire more staff to handle the sheer volume of their work. It makes me think the owners are keeping some $$ off top and not hiring based on volume. Overall, go their for the food and their cute Italian style decor- make sure you have a snack or can belly up to the bar to have a glass of wine if youre waiting for to go orders... Its gonna be awhile. Ive been here dozens of times and every time want to write a review but by the time Im shoving their yummy pizza in my face Ive forgiven! An honest review, Id give them a try!

Antipasta salad was plentiful, tasty and very reasonably priced. We went here for the pizza and was very disapointed! Eaten here before and pizza was pretty good. Service never is pleasant. Slow on food and refills even when not busy. The pizza was overcooked, burned on one half, large air pockets with no cheese, lacked flavor, dry and cheese was not spread evenly or enough. Why was it cut into 16 slices as if we were at chuckycheez for kids, what happened to the 8 slice pie so we can fold it like a real NY pizza they boast about. Waitress ignored the burnt leftover pizza and never asked if we enjoyed our food, she assumed we did although we left 1/3 of the pie and thats because we were hurgry. Plum tomatoes is inconsistent at best. Should have returned the pizza and had them cook it correctly and sliced properly. Will not return here.

Exceptionally good pizza! We go just about once a week and always get pizza, along with something else each time. Crust is nice and thin and not too chewy. Cheese is flavorful and not oily. Sauce is clean and bright tasting, without too much being added. Also as someone else commented, sausage is also very good. I often have double basil topping which goes perfectly with the cheese and sauce. Just perfect "NY style" / Italian pizza. Reminds me of the old Michelles pizza back when they were around. Inside the restaurant is small so its sometimes hard to find a seat. But service is always great, as are prices. The only peeve I can come up with is that I wish I could get sweet onion instead of red onion on my pie, and also would prefer lean / diced pepperoni. All in all Plum Tomato is a genuine asset to the community.

I have gone to this place once a week since they took over. Its a small place, but the owner is very friendly. This is the best pizza I have had in this area. Its an Italian restaurant in the middle of the Greeks. They have gourmet pizzas and they are out of this world. We are snowbirds from the Long Island, and the pizza at this place is as good if not better than we have in LI. Their veal is outstanding as well. You would never expect such great food at such a good price from a place this small. A bit of advice. Good luck trying to get in on a friday or Saturaday. We had to wait a half hour to get a seat. Get there early on those days. They also have delivery as well. We order at least twice a week. You gotta try it. You will love it!!!!

I would rate this place a 5 if it wasnt for being ignored after walking in on a busy night. Apparently you need to walk up to the bar to get your name on the list. We, along with a couple that came in behind us, stood at the front obviously waiting to be greeted were blatantly ignored while a couple came in through the back and were put on the list immediately? Seriously? I love this place, the food is really good and the prices are great and the staff is usually very good. I understand things get crazy when its busy, but please dont ignore patrons that walk in, especially when its so obvious that there are people waiting and then bump not just us but others that are waiting for someone that comes through another entrance.

The pizza was ok. It had good points and low points. Crust... Hard and crisp... a non doughy type of dough. Needed salt in dough. This was a very non oily dough and a non oily cheese. So probably more diet friendly....Sauce was right portion ratio however lacking flavor seasoning tase like pure crushed tomatoes. Needs salt garlic or oregano. Something. Some other reviewer previously mentioned salty.. uh no... not a spec of salt.. I had to salt mine. On the positive side the toppings were plentiful and tasted fresh. The pizza was piping hot as well another plus. Delivery was normal turn around as other pizzerias. Delivery person was polite. I will try another day to see again.. as I am on fence between a 3 or 4 star.

TERRIBLE. FROM THE DELIVERY DRIVER, TO THE GIRL ANSWERING THE PHONE, TO THE FEMALE MANAGER. THE DRIVER SHOWED UPUPUP 30 MINUTES EARLY WITHOUT CALLING, WHEN I REQUESTED THAT TIME FOR A REASON SO I WAS NO THERE TO SIGN FOR THE FOOD. I ORDERED 3 KIDS MEALS ALL WITH FRIES AND GOT NO KETCHUP OR PLASTIC WEAR FOR THE ADULT MEALS. THE GIRL WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND WENT AS FAR AS TO BLAMING ME FOR ALL OF THE BAD SERVICE AND MISTAKES ON THEIR PART. THE FEMALE MANAGER WAS ALSO ACCUSATORY AND ARGUMENTATIVE. THE ONLY COMPENSATION/APLOGY I RECEIVED WAS A FEW KETCHUP PACKETS AND A COUPLE OF PLASTIC WEAR SETS SENT TO MY HOME AFTER AN HOUR. I SPENT OVER $50 ON THIS ORDER. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!
