Arthurs BBQ (aka Sarges) is outstanding. I live a couple of blocks from his take-out restaurant, and when the wind is blowing in the right direction the aroma from his smoker is a delightful bit of heavens breeze. The ribs are to die for. The chicken is over the top fabulous. My favorite sides are his coke slaw, baked beans and collards. The prices are ridiculously reasonable. When I go in and get a full slab of ribs, a whole chicken and 3 large sides ($53) we eat off it for days. Superb food and great value. All other BBQ is disappointing once youve had a taste of what Sarge serves up!

Hate to tell my age, but lets say Ive been enjoying the "artform" of BBQ for over half a century... and have had a dozen different methods, all claiming to be the very best. This shop doesnt claim anything... he just smokes pork and IS the best Ive ever tasted. Try it once - youll be back time and time again !

Good BBQ, perfectly smoked. But I was a little bummed they were sold out of pulled pork so I tried the ribs. They were fall of the bone tender, but not mush, great flavor just a little on the salty side for me. Ill be back to hopefully get some pulled pork!

My 1st visit, Amazing! Ribs were fall off the bone tender, sauce was great, mac and cheese perfectly light, and those greens, those greens were made with love brother! Homestyle is the perfect name...Will definitely be back soon!
