Really dont have anything negative to say. The food was absolutely delicious. We both got the giant pork sandwich combos with 2 sides. The sandwiches come topped with slaw and are huge. The pork was tender, moist with nice bark, and boy was there a lot of it. The bourbon bbq beans were sweet and had pulled pork in them, they were soo good. The corn puddin - OMG- so incredibly good, moist, sweet, awesome with bbq. The mac n cheese is probably the creamiest, cheesiest Ive ever had in a restaurant, with a nice dusting of dry rub on top. And the crinkle fries, were nice and crisp and hot, definitely not sitting under a lamp. Cant wait to come back for the ribs, saw them at the table next to us and they looked great. The restaurant is small, maybe 8 or so tables for 4, but its very clean and the staff is super nice, definitely there to please. Its great to have such a good local BBQ, finally not a chain, but honest to goodness good bbq.

This BBQ joint is really a good deal. Went there on a Thursday for lunch and it wasnt that busy, with just the occasional family scattered around the tables. We were a big group, 8 people. Everyone ordered something and all the food came out in what seemed like an instant. The food is really good for the money, the ribs especially. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at home. The atmosphere, though a bit cramped, makes use of the space and makes you feel like youre a real Southerner. Overall, Memphis Style BBQ is by far one of the best restaurants Ive visited in a while.

If they actually had all their meat options available on a Saturday afternoon Id be able to give them a proper review. But - both times we visited they were out of certain meats. The first time we came was maybe a month after they opened, and so we ate what few leftovers they had which was good. We returned last Saturday at 4:30 pm to eat ribs and were told theyd be ready at 5:30. At 5:30 we were told it would be 6:30. We left and ate pizza instead. Ill give them one more try. Got two combo orders to-go on a Tuesday afternoon - jumbo pork sandwich and a quarter rack of ribs. Everything was super delish and big portions too! Usually barbecue joints have lackluster sides but not here. I liked the blue cheese mashed potatoes and corn pudding just as much as my sandwich. I had a taste of beans too and they were fantastic - not too sweet with just a bit of jalapeno kick. Stellar food, great prices, and friendly, fast service. Im not a barbecue expert but this place makes me wanna come back again soon.

Pulled pork was completely dried out and then it tasted like they added water to moisten it up. The ribs had so much rub on them it looked they were coated in a gritty paste and they were very dried out. The coleslaw has a heavy vinegar flavor. Corn casserole did not look appetizing at all, it looked like a bad jar of baby food. The potato salad has a heavy egg and mustard flavor. Definitely wont be going back - and recommend you save your money and go to a host of other good BBQ places like Poppas or Smokin Js.

We were never able to taste the food at Memphis BBQ. My husband went in to place a"to go" order and asked for a beer while he waited. He was told they didnt have any beer. However, it is advertised as "on tap". The waitress was so rude and so curt when he asked about the side dishes that he cancelled the entire order, requested a refund and walked out the door. They MIGHT have great ribs....but they are not worth putting up with the rude employees and terrible service.

We came here because the reviews were so great. Truly the best pulled pork ive ever eaten in my life. It was so flavorful and all the sides were amazing! The mac n cheese was to die for! We met the owner who was passing out free drinks to people waiting for their food , he was extremely sweet and cared about his business. They were packed so we got our food to go. It was well worth the 15 minute wait and we will be sure to return and recommend to our friends!

The service wasnt bad, ordered 3 pulled pork sandwiches, sides, and some pie and was out within 15 minutes. The pork was divine, juicy, flavorful, but with a little bark on the outside, it didnt even need the sauce, but the sauce sure was good! Smoky, tangy, with only a little bite, Ill definitely be going back if only for the pulled pork! Seminole has been dying for a good BBQ place ever since Rodgers closed, and this.. is it!

Fantastic !!! Celebration their first anniversary with extra pound of pulled pork for a dollar. Unlimited soda dollar and extra sides for only a dollar. Today only ends at 9 tonight. Carol and I leaving now with enough for at lest 2 more meals ! .ALSO, all deserts are a dollar off. ..we too full to get any !!! I had the ribs for lunch on Saturday at noon, then told my wife how delicious it was and she wanted to try it.... I are it FOR DINNER THE SAME NIGHT! There are some good BBQ places in st Pete.... But this one IS FREAKING AWESOME! I was really impressed!! THE guy at the counter even directed us on our order to save us a few dollars... I had leftovers for Sunday too hahaha

Pulled pork is good, and the Mac and cheese. Thats all that Ive had because when I go most of the chicken is not available and Im not a rib fan usually. Baked beans are ok, to saucy and now flavored for me however. Will def go back, hopefully this place opens up more menu options and doesnt run itself into the ground. 4/5 stars for sure. Eager to see if it was last!

Happened to find this as we were driving by from out of town. Parking lot out front was full, and the smokers were fired up out back, so I knew wed come to the right place. Staff and owner were super friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious, especially the ribs and well, all the sides. How we can come back sometime and try the blue cheese taters!

I have been driving by this place alot and was afraid to try it. I wish i wouldve tried it earlier, got the half rack with mac n chz and greens all of the food had alot of taste. Ribs were very tender. I asked my husband if he wanted some before i left he said no, since i got home he has eaten half of my plate. Good prices too

I loved the food, minus their coleslaw. That was something different. Not for me. This place is clean, SMELLS GREAT! Very fast service, from a very polite young lady. I have had food to go 3X, delicious! And I will be back. This a place with something special. A big plus for our community. You wont go wrong here.
