We just moved to Brooksville last week and have visited this location several times now. This morning we went before 9AM and decided to walk in to place our to-go order. My boyfriend ordered a spicy chicken biscuit and I ordered a regular chicken biscuit. We waited 12 minutes for two biscuits without meals or sides before we asked someone where our food was. There was no hold up in the drive through and I could see those customers being served at a good pace. Some of their orders even included the biscuits! An overjoyed but nice cashier refunded the money in cash after seeing our receipt and asked my boyfriend to wait a little longer and put a smile on. In all we spent 20 minutes waiting for two biscuits. I love Chik-Fil-A but now I will probably find a different spot for a quick breakfast. Ive been served a sit in meal at a diner in much less time.

Catering Pre-order Doesnt Work Ordered two platters online Friday evening and they had us pick up at 11:30am,worse time on a Saturday I saw my order waiting and was told to wait in line 10 deep to pay,I said it was prepaid and was then told to wait in line 10 deep so they could the order in? Huh? When it was our turn,she went into the back to get the sweet tea,the page our order was on and the sauces,but never touched a computer or screen to do what we were to wait in the 10 deep line for.... my 9 year old,who loves this store told me he NEVER wanted to come back....after spending thousands there,we won t.Nor will I bring the soccer team there....sorry but your people were asleep at the wheel....

Its was bad like the last time my sandwich look horribly took it to the manager and can actually recognize me because last time they also didnt cook the chicken the right way and it didnt look good so hes answer to this was have you tasted the chicken and I answer well know it looks gross hes that well how can you tell if you havent tasted it I told me you know what when you go out and when you want to eat something you wanted to look good and taste good not look gross and taste good thats just not right he says that thats up to their standards and hopefully I can post a picture so you guys can decide

I was very disappointed during my last visit. I had not been there for a while. Much To my disappointment, my husband wanted the Cole slaw only to find out they dont serve that anymore. Then I ordered a fried chicken salad. You used to get a small box of chicken strips with your salad. Not anymore. I may have had 1 chicken tender for my entire salad. My husbands chicken sandwich was so thin. They have made the portions smaller and charged more for these items. We used to love to go to Chick-fil-A. Lots of places to eat. Competition is strong in this area. Think twice about eating here.

i come here all the time 2 to 5 times a week because its better quality fast food and am always in a rush and usually its ok im somewhat happy with my 10 dollar meal most of the time but tonight the 12 count nugget i got was more like a 8 1/2 nugget meal the chicken is all that really cost them anything the potatoes and soda is basically free to them and still so cheap at how much theyre getting you guys could at least give what im paying for a ten dollar meal im not happy with this one should have just went to wendys for half the price tonight

Usually this place is top notch. Tonight, not so much. Coffer was cold and old. Made a fresh pot of decaf but when I went for refill no decaf. So what did I get the first time??? I can tell you tomorrow! Nuggets were reheated one too many times!!! Fries were good. Staff is always polite, but lazy tonight. Waited several minutes for refills ect. and they were not busy at all. A lot of hanging around tonight. I dont like leaving such a negative review, as I said they are usually top notch!

Dont get it, its just not that good! Ive found the chicken sandwich at Hardees to be superior to Chick-fil-a! Update, tried today the Chicken BLT, at $5. something just for the sandwich, it tasted OK, but was the size of a small McDonalds burger, a total rip off at that price! The side of waffle fries not to my liking, the side of chicken nuggets were good, but again overpriced! Wont be back for a long time, the place is simply overpriced for what you get!

Yippee in the 100th reviewer for Chick-fil-A in Brooksville, Florida! Our ❤ my local franchise, the super friendly staff, especially the sweet lady who is in charge of the childrens activities -what a dedicated employee, she obviously loves her job. Yet to have amessed up order or unpleasant experience so nothing but positive praises to this pillar in the continuity. Btw, Im obsessed with the Chick-fil-A sauce

This is more like a zero star review due to the dirtyness in the location I went to. But unfortunately there is no 0 star option. I understand this specific one is busy but you should be able to keep up with your bathrooms. It was filthy. If youre bathrooms filthy & disgusting to walk into Im scared to know what the kitchen looks like.

Always good service. Get my processed chicken with a smile! ;-) Restaurant is very clean considering the traffic that flows through here. Other fast food chains in the area should take a lesson from this management staff. Because the M by Target is filthy, and the staff have given up. Walked in and walked out! 5 stars CFA! Thanks!

This has all the features that people normally love about a Chick-Fil-A. I had an interaction with the manager who was on duty our last visit there and was very impressed. The restaurant, bathrooms, and playground were all clean. Staff was extremely courteous. We will definitely be stopping by again.

Not a fan of the drive-thru, or how they make you drive all the way around the building. I like the personalized stole if the drive-thru, however the small handheld menus would be more useful if they handed then to you to review. Ordering seems a bit rushed all said. The food is great. It always is.

love this place and eat at one wherever I go if they have one. The food is not greasy and taste real good. A tad more expensive than McDonalds but I think it is worth it. They get you in and out quickly. I have only been to one that I had to wait and only ordered a drink. That was one time only.

This place got my order so worng and when I called to complain they agreed to replace the order on my next visit. Ha! What a joke. They act as if i was telling a lie to get free food even with my name in their little Red book. Their attitude, the mangers attiude promptly chased me away, forever!

They are very busy, which someone people might hate... But I love it. It just shows how amazing they are. Everyone is always so nice and even when they have you waiting they try there hardest to make it as quickly as possible. Great food and they always ask how Im doing, which is always nice :)
