Folks today September 3rd I am at the PDQ on West Waters in Tampa I believe their physical address is 5706 West Waters Ave. It is a very nice fast food restaurant if you want to get away from the hamburger scene. They have chicken and turkey and salads. They are located next to the Wawa and across the street from Jazzys BBQ. PDQ stands for people dedicated to Quality if you didnt know. What I like about it is all the food is prepared in front of you the kitchen is open you can see while theyre cooking your food. When theyre done they bring the food to you and they also clean up after you unlike McDonalds. Also all the employees are very friendly with smiling faces which means a lot to me. I suggest trying this place out if you havent already. I rate them 5 stars...

I visited this location during my lunch break with a coworker on Feb 3. We decided to go through the drive thru. I kindly asked the employee that was taking my order if we can place 2 separate orders and the young man abruptly stated "if you are going to be quick". He then rushed us and asked us to direct any questions to the employee at the drive thru pick up window. Needless to say, I was not pleased with his comment or attitude, for I have never gotten this type of treatment from Chickfila. On the contrary, they once told me I can have as many orders as Id like while in their drive thru.

OVERPRICED! $8.01 w/tax for a itty bitty chicken sandwich combo consisting of 2 chicken strips lettuce, sauce and a bun. Fries are always soggy and my lemonade had so much sugar in it my face melted. Kudos for presentation on your multimillion dollar building and packaging and good customer service. Guess thats where all my money is going cause I got like $4. worth of food. PDQ count the days until chick-fila across the street rebuilds their flagship store. Oh and just the other day I got a chicken sandwich combo at Pollo Tropical 500 feet west of you for $5.29 +tax and it was great.

We now have a Clearwater PDQ which is great and close to home but we still love this location on Waters Ave because of the staff. One of the ladies in particular, Angela, is such a sweet lady, we look forward to seeing her every time we visit. Fantastic food. Hands down our favorite quick meal. The restaurant is always clean, well stocked and Angela visits our table to make sure we have everything we need. Yesterday she made a suggestion of a sauce to go with our zucchini fries that kicked it up a notch! We look forward to our next visit and hope to see our new friend Angela.

Perfect visit. Everything was fresh and delicious -- food that actually looks as good as the pictures. What really made our day was the kindhearted service and company education from this gal named Angela. She spent time explaining the finer details and subtle gems on the menu, as well as the processes behind each item in which we were curious. I dont know what exact position name Angela has but every restaurant should study and consider someone like this, floating around doing whats necessary to ensure everyones visit rates perfection. Were sold!

Love, love, love this place! and I am so glad they now offer chicken nuggets! And these are NOT your typical chicken nuggets because they are larger than any other places nuggets we have had, they are so tasty (I think because they marinate them first), and the breading is out of this world delicious. I already loved PDQ for their shakes and their chicken tenders (grilled or fried), and now ... well - they got me at "we now have nuggets!!!)

The staff is always very friendly and the food is pretty good. I appreciate that new items are added fairly regularly. However, I dont understand why the fries are consistently limp, cold and unappealing. I got hooked by fresh, nicely seasoned fries but lately the fries have been very disappointing. That has reduced my enthusiasm for eating here, probably a good thing.

This place is always immaculate. Ive never seen it dirty even when its full of people. The staff is so friendly and the food is always delicious, hot and quickly done. I have never waited more than 3 minutes for my order to be done. This past Sunday my order was ready before I even paid for the bill. So far all my visits here have been very good and fun.

Very pleasant surprise. I had the other chicken sandwich place as the best, but this one is really very close or even better. It is my first time to go, so I have to go back and try something else, but what I saw and tasted today, I liked it. There is something about the design color scheme that I didnt enjoy, maybe too close to subway.

Been a fan of PDQ for years. New menu sucks...Just tried a few of their new options and was a total fail. Thai bowl horrendous with uncooked rice & burnt dry broccoli. The broccoli side...burnt edges uncooked core & dry (fail). Sweet potatoes uncooked & just bad, how do you screquire up sweet potatoes??? Big fail PDQ, big fail.

PDQ is always on point. The people who think it is espensive should go price a Chicken Sandwich meal at any other "fast" food joint. Same price range, if not more for some sub par overly processed crap they call chicken. I will Take PDQ. Thanks EDIT: and they have a hand wash station with some fancy soap my girlfriend likes.

Descent chicken place that is a good break from the norm. My biggest complaint is that the portions tend to be on the smaller side. Good customer service in the restaurant and through the drive through. Never had an issue. There definitely is quality at PDQ I am just not sure how much value there is.

Food and customer service is always good. I just wanted to give a compliment for Bella who is a cashier there. She went above and beyond. My wife spilled her shake. Bella remade it without charging us even though they did not have to. Really made our day. Thanks Bella for your great customer service!

I came in last night and it was dirty. I was waiting in the drive through and the employees were playing around and taking their time and laughing!! When i got my food it was a mess! It tasted burnt too. I am not coming back especially to this location because iv had PDQ before and it was good..

Love this PDQ, they always provide us with fresh food and fast service. The only thing I must say... I just tried the new Tai bowl and Im not a fan. It came with less food then the usual bowls and it was so sweet! It felt like I was eating a mango sorbet and I didnt taste any peanuts.

We reserved seats here for lunch for our church youth group of 17 kids and 6 adults and this PDQ was extremely accommodating. They happily reserved enough space, brought food out very quickly, and had exceptional customer service. Thank you for making the kids day special!

Food seems overpriced for what you get and overrated. Wasnt fresh. Chik Fil A would honestly be the better choice. Went through the drive thru and they did not complete my order right but a quick call and they were prompt to correct. Friendly service and fast.
