First time here in a long time and wont be going back. Went there at about 7pm on a weekday, and ordered a po boy with mashed potatoes. Cashier informed me they were out of mashed potatoes, not exactly sure how you manage to run out of potatoes during dinner time, but okay. So I sat down and waited, and then when I went up to get my food, the cashier then decided to tell me they didnt have any chicken ready for the po boy. So they made me a shrimp po boy instead without even asking what I wanted instead. The cashier got sassy when I told her I dont want the shrimp sandwich, Id rather have chicken tenders (assuming they werent out of that too.) instead of the potatoes I got coleslaw, and it was gross. Another customer got hers frozen and had to bring it back. Chicken was okay, only thing that was good was the biscuits. Also, when I sat down to eat I had to wipe the table down myself. All the tables were dirty. Never going back here, stay away.

I was very disappointed in this place after my experience! First off I tried to pay half in cash and the rest on my card and the cashier still charged my card the full amount of my order ($25). Once I brought it to her attention she told me "not to worry about it." I explained to her what she was doing was not right and after much reluctance, she gave me my cash back. Either she was too stupid to understand what I was talking about or trying to take advantage of me. Im almost certain she knew that she was in the wrong. Lastly the food was terrible and cold despite it being at a time when most people eat dinner!

They didnt ask if I needed any sauces for my chicken or honey for my bisquits. They always get my order wrong.they have done it more than 10 different times.over the few times that I have went my sh** was stale ,refried 2wice in some burnt grease .Im about to start going to gyros because popeyes mess up to much and cost way too much for my order to be wrong. Gyros cost the same but fresh at all times and never had a redroped order..and hot that it burns my mouth unlike popeyes I feel like they are in training everytime I go. But its been average maybe less than average...

Walked in and waited around 10 minutes to have my order taken, while 4-6 staff members slowly paced around and had a spirited conversation. They were too busy talking to even be bothered with the thought of work. It took another 10-15 minutes to get 3 chiken tenders and a side of fries. While waiting, another customer even initiated a conversation about the slow and sub par service. The food wasnt good, either. The chiken seemed processed. The prices are way too high for the little food you receive. Probably wont go back.

we use to live in sarasota for 12-years. our house is ware this dump now stands. ordered a bucket of chicken and got all thighs. not to mention their english isnt very good. who doesnt know you mix a bucket of chicken?? dumb. had to drive from stickney point road to take it back, now its cold, so they gave me an extra 3-wings for my troubles.

Employees were more focused on the people they knew. I ordered a $5 big box yesterday, I went in today to get the same thing and the manager said that they no longer had it. The cashier would not even attempt to apologize she just stared ay me when I ordered it.The food is good, but not good enough to put up with that kind of service.

Most of the time we drive by to order a take out, they always dont have enough chicken ready!!! We always have to wait!!!! We love Popeyes Chicken but I wish they have more stores around Sarasota and Port Charlotte coz we hate going to this store!!!!!!

Dont eat here. Went through drive thru and was shorted on change. Window clerk even stated the amount of the wrong change back called back spoke to manager Im credited for next visit. But who wants to eat where the employees are ripping people off.

I told the teller who told the manager (Jared) about my order from takeout that was not spicey a couple of weeks ago, and he comped the meal!!!!! Wow I cant get this at a high end restaurant in Sarasota. Promote this guy!!!!!!
