1 Million stars. I live in Michigan where there are no Chick-fil-As but every time I venture south I make absolute sure that I eat here at least once per trip. Today was an especially fortunate day for my Chik-fil-A obsession. I walked in and ordered, and asked if I could have some extra Chick-fil-A sauce as I wanted to take it back home to feed my addiction to said sauce a few days longer. The cashier (well call him by the first letter of his nametag, "J") was really friendly. After I told him about my extremely depressing situation (no chik fil a in MI... sad face) he said "you know, you can actually buy the sauce right here and bring it back with you!" Could it be?! Is this true?! I started to swoon in all of the informative glory, but mid-swoon I noticed that the container it comes in was a whopping 5oz!! Now that would last me at least 17 minutes back home, but alas! I only brought a carry on down here because Im frugal and I cant bring liquids onto the plane because then Ill be a terrorist. Al Qaedas true purpose - to suspend me indefinitely from enjoying that sweet, tangy, beautiful yellow creamy drug - is further fulfilled. As I start to weep J has a brilliant idea. He informs me that he has a great power. A power that very few can wield without it crushing them in all aspects of their lives. He is, of course, talking about the power to give out Chik-fil-A sauce in 1oz containers. And so I received not only some wonderful chicken nuggets and fries, but a sizable number of Chick-fil-A sauce packets. I will throw them in my carry on when I go back to Michigan and I will bask in their delicious glory. J from Chick-fil-A, you are a brave and decent man. You deserve a raise. Hopefully youll be there tomorrow when I go back to relive my pock-marked Chick-fil-A addiction one last time before I leave.

I have gone to this location for a very long time, and each time I return, I realize how displeased I am with the location. Its getting older, and the staff is not maintaining the cleanliness of the facility to keep the age of the building spiffed up. The floors are greasy, and the bathrooms are meh usually. Frankly, if they put as much effort keeping the inside as nice as they do the black-top in the parking lot, they wouldnt have many problems. I often find that the food is cooked at a mediocre level as well. Many times Ive received a cold bun on my sandwich, nuggets that have been sitting for quite a while, and more than often, I get undercooked fries. Theyre white and soft, not crispy and yellow. The last thing I would say is that the staff has become careless at this facility. I cant remember the last time I got a "my pleasure" as the standard response (if not a meaningful one). This is one of the cornerstone attitudes that a Chick-fil-a team member should display, and it goes to show when the leadership is not displaying the value, the rest of the team members do not. Low-to-average cleanliness, inconsistent food quality and staff who do not hold the top-notch values Chick-fil-a has for every customer is why I give this location my "worst Chick-fil-a Ive been to" award. They better clean up or Cortez/Fruitville and the "God, I hope you get built" Future North of 70 Chick-fil-a will force them into a major dip in sales.

I went here to get something quick for my wife, son and I. I had to tell the clerk in the drive through at least ten times that I wanted the Honest Kids Organic Juice drink with the kids meal. After he was unable to comprehend my order he asked for me to pull around. When I pulled up to the front I was handed a chocolate milk immediately without being asked for my son, I told him I ordered the Honest Kids Organic Juice, not a chocolate milk. It was made right immediately. The problem started when "Cody" whom was my clerk began tell his co workers about me ordering a chocolate milk and then changing my mind right in front of me. I immediately spoke with the manager about his behavior and returned my order and had my money refunded. While I was speaking with the manager, "Cody" sarcastically asked in the background, again loud enough that I could hear, "I dont know what his problem is". I was appalled at the attitude that I was treated with and disrespect. I will not be returning. Though I returned my order I do not feel like the issue as resolved by the manager. This was a disgusting display of customer service. Just a side note I was born and raised in Florida and have no accent of any kind. There was no reason my order was not able to be understood, let alone should a customer ever be treated in this manner.

POOR MANAGEMENT... The Creekwood Chick-Fil-A website said "Family Night: Every Tuesday from 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm, we offer a FREE 4-pack kids meal with the purchase of a value meal." When we placed our order for my wife and I and our kids, we were scoffed at and told they hadnt had that deal in a while. When we insisted that they needed to honor what their website said, a female manager talked down to us and said they would give it to us "this time". I then watched her tell her superior, (a male manager with slick back hair) about it. He rolled his eyes. Wow. So sorry to try and take you up on YOUR OFFER!!! We didnt ask for special treatment. Just honor your word and dont treat customers poorly. We were treated as if we had broken their rules but they were going to "let it slide" this time...

Disappointed! This location has recently remodeled and I have been looking forward to seeing how it had changed. I took my grandson for an early dinner on a Monday about 4:45. Very pleased to see no line at all, ordered quickly which almost never happens here and went to find a table. As I turned the corner i almost slipped on catsup that was smeared on the floor. I could not find a single table that was not covered with food or garbage. There was food and garbage under almost every table also. I looked around to see one girl with a broom, sweeping the walk ways half heartedly, ignoring the food under and on top of the tables. I cleaned the table myself, we ate and left. Wont go back. This was a slow time of day, no excuse for the filth of this beautiful new store. A real shame.

I went last night at almost about their closing time, I got their combo chicken sandwich and fries, but theyre out of fries and wont make more, so I had the salad instead of fries. The food was alright, but after less than an hour, my stomach feels really weird, i then feel like I want to vomit. Stomach and back starts to hurt, I went straight to the bathroom and starting to...you know what....and throwing up all the salad and food I just ate. This had never happened to me before. I just had FOOD POISON from the food I just brought from this chick-Fil-A. After all those pains and bathroom visits, I started to feel a little better. My suggestion is that, DO NOT eat at this place if you want to get food poison like I did.
