Horrible!!! The worst customer service in Wesley Chapel. I have never been treated so poorly. I would give ZERO stars if available. Kayla was the person that basically called me a liar because she added the wrong item into my drive thru order. When I requested the correct item, she told me that she packed the bag herself and she put the right item in the bag. When I requested the correct item again, she threatened me that they had video cameras and they could "just watch the tape." I invited her to watch the tape as I waited for the results of the video. She was steady with her non helpful customer service and she fought me over the price of a small side item. I returned my family sized order as well as my combo meal and viewed to NEVER return. Casey (male manager) came out to help but didnt introduced himself to me. He just inserted himself into the conversation between Karla and I. It took me a moment to realize that he was a Popeyes employee, as he was wearing a camouflage T-shirt that was rain soaked. He tried to redeem Popeyes from what Kayla had already displayed as their methods for customer service but it was too little, too late.

Great tasting fried chicken and the other sides were good. The cashier was friendly and made sure our order was correct. The biscuits were hot and tasty they dont fool around they make fresh and hot food. Way better then kfc hands down. Glad they put a location in this area its clean and new. When coming from the left side of 54 the entry of popeyes was hard to get in so the best way going in is turning left on BBD blvd and cutting through the back of the plaza but other than that this popeyes is highly recommended.

No, I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the service and food! I especially want to comment on Shandrickas (I think I spelled her name wrong) amazing customer service, and attention to detail! The property was already packing up to close, and she still took my order and even suggested the apple pies (which I especially love) since they were out of the cajun fries which were a part of my original order.

I jave just want to say. .... If you go to a resturant the first few days they open you are most likely going to have to wait. . Expect long lines .... If you dont have the time . Do not dine .. especialky on opening week. Give it time to calm down a little. A little patience goes a long way. Have a nice day. To the staff at Popeyes Thank you! I for one will still be going to Popeyes.

Long line, waited a while but it was fine. People in line very pleasant, cashier was friendly. Didnt wait too long for food. Got home and the 10 piece family meal i ordered was only 8 piece. Looked up their number on this site to call and let them know they owe me either money or 2 pieces chicken but the phone not connected yet :( i guess its all part of being new

Only a 1 because thats the lowest possible rating! By far the most horrible customer service of any restaurant that weve ever experienced! There was a problem with the order and instead of correcting the issue, there was an elaborate story made up about how it could not possibly be the fault of the business. Horrible service over mashed potatoes with no gravy!

It was very busy when i went in but thats to be expected in the first week of being open. Even with a line it moved pretty quick and i had my food in a reasonable time. My food was very hot and fresh and i even had the manager come by and ask if everything was good. All and all a good experience. I think some of these reviews are from a lack of common sense.

Arrived in drive thru line at 8:14, traffic situation is horrible. Staff members directing traffic, cars everywhere blocking each other. I was stuck in the drive thru lane with no way to get out, it is now 9:19 and I am still not at window...... unbelievable. Will not return until the "new" wears off, if then.

When in to get a simple family meal, and got two chicken tenders in replace of two drum sticks. Cashier was way too rude because I asked the differences between small fries and medium! Plus they did not give me my sides! First time at a Popeyes and most likely my last one. Well at least here!!!!

very slow service more than one hour to get a fast food order, they use all employee on the drive-through service and dining people for last. Bad Management thats all it is. Only open for 3 weeks and all ready in need of new management. This place is going down hill fast...

When u order. U wait like 10 to 15 min for it!! Its Ridiculous!!! Someone stole our order and made our wait time to 20 to 30 min.. They mainly focused to get food to the drive thru.. So i advise to go thru the drive thru. Just hope the lines not long..

First time through drive through and they run out of Mac and Cheese. Thats ok they dont plan ahead but I paid for a 4 pc meal and then another $.99 up charge for a breast and get home to find they gave me 3 pcs. Tried to call and no answer.

Love the food and the positive attitude. Its a new store so the lines are a little long but what do you expect when the food is as good as it is. With the store being busy and the lines being long the team still has an upbeat attitude.

Chicken tenders had been sitting in the window for awhile, and the bill is littered with hidden charges for simple things. They advertised one price out side then charged another after you ordered.

A lovely lunch at Popeyes. Throughout the exchange I was referred to by name, which was a nice change. The food was delicious. Must try the jam, which isnt too sweet, but not excessively spicy.

Terrible service. Sat in the drive thru line, with two people in front of me for HALF AN HOUR!! Cashier was rude & didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. Not likely to return.

Chicken was warm, not hot. 5 piece chicken tenders order should include 5 full pieces, not 3 full and 2 half pieces. Zephyrhills location is much better.
