As someone who worked in fast food for 5 years, this review is not me being some stuck up snob because believe me I know- its just Taco Bell. However, Ive had multiple problems at this location and always tried to brush it off because i know all too well how this industry is. But tonight absolutely absurd. I had a coupon for a free meal, which the owner herself gave to me. The manager" told me it wasnt for one of their locations, and I replied back with the owners name, asking if they were in fact the owners, which they are. And this woman wanted to argue saying she didnt know who they were. How in the hell do you not know who owns your place of employment?? And Ive used these coupons at this location in the past so I know its one of their stores. They completely destroyed my order. Even after is everything correct on the screen. After they took the coupon, I sat and waited and waited (4 other cars behind me) for them to collect the remainder of money that I owed. I raised up my money so the cashier kid could see it. He just kept completely ignoring me. Fed up with waiting, I drove off. Pissed because of the way I had been treated, I of course, didnt check the food. And half the order wasnt right at all. This wasnt an overly picky special request overload of an order. No onions... Simple. Incompetency really has no place in business.

This is the worst Taco Bell in this area. If i could have given them a negative star i would have. Food is always old and cold. I have tried ordering several different items. Something is always wrong. Chulupa shells are always hard as a rock. Chicken in quesadilla is old. Cheese for nachos is old and crunchy. Doesnt matter what time or if its busy or slow. And if the drive thru is packed dont bother going inside u will just be ignored and have to wait till the drive thru is finished anyways. The lobby was a disaster. There was a puddle of soda in front of the soda machine. Didnt look like anyone had attempted to clean it up. No straws or lids. I could go on and on. Maybe they need new employees or new management... Maybe both. This isnt my first complaint on either subject as well and nothing is ever done! Never going to this location again!

I have had numerous bad experiences at this location. The latest was yesterday when I ordered the #6 with steak. According to the menu posted directly next to the ordering box it costs $7.29 + tax. The total I was given was $8.98. I asked how $7.29 + tax comes to $8.98 The employee stopped talking and a female caiming to be the manager began to berate me. First stating that $7.29 is the price for beef and steak is $1.80 more. Then said that I cant read a menu. I explained the price shown on the outside menu shows both steak and chicken are $7.29. Beef is listed at $6 & change. I also asked how $7.29 (the alleged price for beef) + $1.80 (alleged upgrade for steak) + 7.5% tax can equal $8.98. At this point the manager said I was wrong and if I dont like it I can leave. I will never come here again.

Took my daughter there today. Food wasnt good and I found a hair in it. I was disgusted so I quickly went off and told the man that I had found a hair. 95% of my food was on my tray so clearly I had not eaten much and he refused to give me my money back. He told me there are no refunds but he told me he could remake my food but I was so grossed out there is no way I could have continued to eat. He even told me that there was no girls working in the back so theres no way there could have been a hair in my food. Then of course a female came out front right as he was saying that. I asked for a manager and he told me he was a GM. That is pretty sad to lose a customer over $5 but I will never be returning because of that. Poor customer service, especially from a GM! I was in shock!

Did not like the chillupa at all. The bread tasted stale.. I really wanted a crunch wrap. I told the girl to please fill it and she said everything is portioned. Be aware I go to this Taco Bell at least 3 times a month and this is the first time Ive experienced this...maybe because of the new renovations???? She told me to put more on the would cost. I have many gift cards from Taco Bell I need to trade them!!!!!

I just bought a 15 dollar chalupa mean... I order this meal every time I come to taco hell, and this places food was so hard I seemed like it had been sitting out for hours, I threw mostly all of it away... then when I call to talk to a manager no response! This place sucks 100% worst one iv ever been too! And I used to work at one

There had not been a single experience within the past month here that I enjoyed. They rush you at the window, dont get three order right,, forget items, dont call back about complaints and also are rude both in person andy over a phone call

Went here at 11pm on a Friday night. All of my food was cold. They forget my dessert. Seriously? Shouldnt Friday night be go-time? It doesnt matter how high I am, I expect Taco Bell to be able to help with the munchies. Im disappointed.
