Its a unfortunate thing when I have to complain about a restaurant, specifically a large nationwide chain. Where to start...Ok, the service at the Amherst location is EXTREMELY slow. I stopped in there one day to order 2 Soft Tacos. I sat in line for 15 minutes for 2 tacos. The girl came to the window and gave me my total and took my money. She didnt even apologize for the extremely long wait at what should be a fast food restaurant. This isnt the only time that I have had this experience, its actually almost every single time I go! There is no wait there no less than 5-10 minutes, and my orders are almost always wrong everytime. Its a very big inconvenience when I have to pull around and go into the store and show them that my order is completely wrong and that I have stuff in my bag I shouldnt have and am missing many items. To top it off, by the time I get my pop, the ice is melted and its watery. This actually has been going on for nearly 8 years now! It seems the problem is either the stores manager or the district manager. All I know is if my complaints havent been resolved in that long, I feel I will have to take my business elsewhere. A visit to a fast food restaurant should be fast, and should have the correct order!

The food is good and cheap but as for the service and staff, forget it. My order is always wrong and there is a lack of care from the staff and manger. If i order a soft taco, mexican pizza, and a cruch wrap supreme. I should not recieve a hard taco, chalupa,and nachos. I shouldnt have to wait in the drive thru for 15 min. To get it either. The staff should atleast care that the messed up and not make insulting comments about the customer when they have a legitimate complaint. What grade level do the have to complete to work there? This is all the tone too. Thank god chipotle is across the street.

Im only writing this review because the guy (didnt catch his name) at the register was SO NICE and welcoming I just had to say something. Its 3:24pm on 7/25/17. Whoever was working register (and drive through) here at this time needs a raise. Taller guy, maybe bald, he needs a raise. Friendly and just overall great personality and just awesome. Thank you!

As a manager at this taco bell. We have come a long way to become a better store. We hired people who are crazy about customer service and made the best efforts to produce the best food around. Give us a try and see what process we have made. You will be thrilled by it and might discuss it with friends and family.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff is ridiculously rude. The past couple times Ive came here my food was disgusting. Last time I went there there was a hair in my food , and this time my food was ice cold like it came out of the refrigerator. That was the last straw I wont come to this one AGAIN.

Seriously, the sign says iy closes at 3:30am. There is two cars in the parking lot with the inside lights off! But the drive through order is lite up and on. Nobody came over the speaker. I pulled up and nobody was at the window. Makes me wonder what the hell is really going on in there! Very disappointed!

Absolutely horrible service. Anytime after 5-6pm. I have been to this location about 15 times after 5-6pm and every single time I go there I wait forever and I NEVER get the correct food. I call to complain and no one answers the phone. Horrible customer service and horrible wait time.

2nd time Ive been there only to have my order disrespected for the 2nd time first time was minor, missed my twist.... but this is unacceptable. No meat on my chalupas and they we hard and not even made right as one side was much higher than the other.. You guys suck at life...

This place is getting worse every day. the nachos always taste like soap, and I know its actually soap cuz I use to work their and run the dish washer and I know where the taste comes from. they do not know the difference between a double tostada and a spicy tostada.

After they took forever to get my order correct on the screen they still messed it up. They forgot one item and put tomatoes and sour cream on another item i asked for them not to. Just very sad service. My first time there and probably my last!

Awful speed of service, least friendly staff around, store is filthy behind the counter amongst other things. Want fast food with great service? Try Wendys down the street, youll be amazed at the difference.

Place is lit up and sign says drive-thru "open", but no one is working. If youre not open for another 20 min then dont turn on all the lights and present the place as open.
