You know "they have been great until this last time" type review isnt very fair, because they get a low star rating.... Why write a review only after a bad experience if youve had more good experiences than bad? I go here nearly every weekend. Sure, sometimes the experience isnt perfect but I have never had anyone be rude to me. And Ive been going here for the last 13 years. The Google maps picture is out dated, the building is new and up to date with all new appliances, tables, chairs... everything! They have an efficient system for cooking your food, too.... a computer tells the cook when to cook certain items so that all of the food on your order will be hot when it is served. The only disappointment I have is they changed their menu (which they do now and then) and took off a burger that was the healthiest one of all of them! I said healthiest, Im not saying burgers are healthy for you... but why take away the healthiest one?? Anyways their food is very good at a good price and their dinner rolls are outstanding!

I had dinner at your restaurant on August 25, arriving there around 5:30 p.m. There were 7 in the party and not the first time at this particular location. We frequently eat there after Mass on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning. Normally I am pleased with the meal and service. Last evening the service was very good, however my particular meal was not up to par. I ordered the knife and fork bbq pork sandwich, which I have ordered before and been very pleased with. Sandwich came with mashed potatoes and very minimal pork (about 2 tbls). It was mostly potatoes with bbq gravy. I thought about bring this to the attention of management at the time, but we were having such a good time that I didnt want to put a damper on the dinner by complaining. What is so funny is that I have recommended this entree to friends because normally there is plenty of meat. Last nights meal was a dissapointment. Our waitress did a very good job in dealing with a large party, again service was fine, food not very.

Bob Evans, fresh food for sure, biscuits were great. Border scramble, thats when things started to go south and not literally cause this scramble was lacking the main thing the border is great for, spicy ingredients. It was pretty obvious, on first sight from the very generous portion of jalapeno slices "all two of them". Followed by a sauce that was pawned off as ranchero. This sauce resemble nothing of a Mexican ranchero. It tasted like somebody scrapped the toppings from a Totinos frozen pizza onto a fresh omlet. It didnt taste gross it was just not good. Now for the fun, the service was great and friendly as expected in Florida apparently. The drinkware smelled like it was washed in the same water that was used to bathe a dog. And they have no Cholula which is a sin in itself at a place that serves breakfast all day. Get you act together, retrain the dish washers, get Cholula and wipe the pizza sauce from your omlet and well be good.

Just dont go here. Walked in, had to get the hostess attention to get seated . Finally got seated. Someone came and took our drink order. Said "Alicia" was gonna be with us. Alicia came like 10 mins later. Told her I wanted eggs on side bc I wasnt gonna eat them my boyfriend was and I dont eat eggs. My ham and fries were basically thrown on top of the eggs. Very disgusting. Drinks werent refilled. Had to bring my cups up to the counter to get a refill bc the server was nowhere to be found. Then we just sipped on ice for the rest of the Time there. Didnt have syrup for pancakes had to basically wave her down for It. Sat there about 15 mins after we were done eating before she came wiTh the check. My boyfriend is not very picky and he was complaining The whole timd. Would not return and I dont recommend anyone going here either. Customer service is horrible here.

Our waitress was fantastic but the food was slow coming out and some of our order was wrong. I even overheard her and the other servers constantly apologizing to the other tables so they must have been having issues. This was our third visit since they rebuilt the location and all 3 times have been poor experiences. This was the best of the 3 visits but less than stellar. With all the apologizing going on I never saw a manager come around noon and talk to any of the tables. I feel bad for the wait staff there having to compensate. I hope one day they can improve things.

OH MY GOD! Horrible food and service 5pm on a weekday, in a nearly empty restaurant. Cold, nasty coffee, burnt food, cold today, incorrect order. I didnt eat more that two bites and asked for my check, the waiter said i must not have been hungry. I said I was starving, but couldnt eat cold/burnt toast, overcooked eggs, and rubbery, burnt pancakes. He said OK, and brought my check. Stupid me...I paid it.

First my waitress ,Chelsea, was phenomenal. Very attentive,and nice . I ordered the turkey knife and fork, very good but couldve used more turkey, (thats the reason for4stars) sweet tea was good, but the peanut butter chocolate pie was delicious. I also had the cheese and potatoe soup and omgosh it was the best! All of my food was hot and made to my liking. I will be back next time Im in the area.

For an empty restaurant to take over an hour to pump out 2 omelettes 2 bowls of soup and two burgers (one without the SIGNATURE mayonnaise) with cold fries is frankly ridiculous. Dessert was served one plate at a time and the Apple pie with ice cream was closed. The only reason I stayed was because our grandparents were down from the Carolinas Never ate at Bob Evans before and wont go again.

Ok at best. Very poor service. Food was good once the waitress wrote it down correctly. Never filled our coffee without asking. Only reason for 3 stars is the food was very good. Wonder we got it since our waitress was horrid. Plus it was not busy. Being from where "Bob Evans" started it is one of my faves . this is not how it should be. Hope the new owners care!!! Great restaurants!

Although it may not be typical, my family and I waited 5 minutes for a table [good], 10 more minutes for a server [midland], 10-15 more for our drinks and taking our order [not good], and about an hour overall to get our food [terrible - they apparently lost our order]. Most of our food was pretty good but nothing special. They did give us free dessert because of our long wait.

Service wasnt very good, I dont think they get the concept that being a server is a performance based job. They forgot the silverware on all the tables in my section, another table got mad. Granted the silverware is the hosts job as they seat you with a menu. I was by myself and 3 other groups got their orders first and drinks before I got mine. I still tipped 30%.

Extremely disappointed in this place. Waited 40 mins for a table for 5 only to watch the manager seat 3 parties who came in AFTER us. The manager then proceeded to tell us that we still had 2 other parties (one with 7 and other with 9 people) before we could be seated. VERY unprofessional and rude! Ended up walking out. Id rather spend my money else where.
