Went into IHOP 3/5/17 and the bill came to $71.34 and they were having computer problems. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes just to pay my bill as I was using a debit card. I waited patiently as I understand computers act up. I get home and see two pending transactions for )71.34 so I called the manager Shelley who informed me that the extra one will fall off and not charge me. Today I see one transaction for $71.34 and one for 81.34. I tipped $7 so either way both transactions are incorrect. So a total of $152.64 was taken out my account. Not pending... actually posted.. when only $78.34 should have been taken out. I called Corporate and was told someone should contact me by 3/10/17 and today is 3/6/17. I initially posted this 3/6.. today is 3/8 and both amounts are still debited out my account.

About 3 weeks ago my husband and I went to try it out again after almost a year because the service was always horrible. This night was ne different. Took about minutes to be greeted and seated with about a quarter of tables filled. After we got seated took another minutes for someone to ask what we wanted to drink. Shortly there after 2 woman start yelling at each other in the back. One waitress came out and apologized while what looked like the cook came from the back. The 2 woman yelled profanity at each other when we just decided to leave. Then I emailed headquarters about the incident and got no reply or phone call. NEVER AGAIN thank god a new one is being built

took my mom here for breakfast, they were not busy but yet it took 10 minutes to get seated. ordered our food and got it fairly quick, received pancakes and french toast before my eggs. went to pour syrup on the pancakes and the containers were all leaking watered down nasty looking syrup. the waitress never bothered to come back by and even ask how anything was. when she brought the check and i told her about the syrup she seemed not to care. the service has never been great at this location but this was unreal. i wont go back and will tell others to stay clear.

My husband and I went to this IHOP on June 10, 2010. Upon entering we were greeted by the smell of spoiled food. Unfortunately we stayed. I ordered the country fried steak meal. The picture of it looked great. However when our server brought it to our booth it made my stomach curl. Country gravy it was not. The gravy looked like vomit, like they took water, flour, and sausage and pureed it in a blender. The sausage was greenish gray. I did not eat it at all and they would not cut the bill in half. Ok food but staff needs improvement. Big midleaged black lady was very rude Id asked for a different waitress and was stuck with the same biter lady forty five minutes after being seat to take our order,straws very tossed on table. My father payed for the bill and told her to keep the change and she counted every bill to see how much was to be left like she was expecting a poor tip then was very rude and gave my father some loose change in return. I complained to the manager which offered a discount but I refused I had not been back.

Very small and crowded. This is a storefront IHOP, so it does not have a lot of space. This place is right next to a GameStop, so imagine the size of a GameStop times two and thats about the size of this place. Parking is a mess because it shares the lot with many other stores and food places. I didnt even stay long enough to eat, it was such a turnoff to think about eating here that I actually left before I could be seated. This is the only one in my area and I refuse to eat here unless its an order to go.

Service was great. Friendly staff and quick. There was a 30 minute wait, it was a Christmas Day brunch. This is our second time coming here. The first time my wife and I werent very pleased with the quality, but wed agreed the service was good. The same occurred this time. Ive been to many IHOPs and am a big fan. This one just doesnt cut it. The food is just not cooked right. The pancakes, bacon, sausages, eggs, all just lacking in the right flavor.

I quite enjoyed my experience here. They have renovations done to this particular location that make the dining experience much more comfortable. The food quality was better than originally expected (due to my assumptions based on past visits to other locations) and the staff was kind and quick yet accurate in there actions. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a quality, well priced breakfast/lunch experience!

Me and my family went to dine in for dinner and waited about 10 to be seated, after finally getting seated we waited another 20 minutes and by this time we had not had our order or drinks picked up. And to top it off nobody was friendly and the ladies acted like they were super busy Im guessing to decide we will end up waiting on us. Never again will me and my family ho here. No wonder it had very poor ratings!

I just love IHOP. I go in the morning during the weekdays because it does get busy during the weekend, which is no surprise. The place is clean and there is plenty of parking. It has all of your classic IHOP specials and you leave feeling full. I have only had good experiences with the waiters and they are very attentive. If you have a little time in the morning after 9 AM, it is a great time to go.

We usually come here often, the food and the service is great...But today it was kind of a bad experience. The server was really slow and it seemed like she didnt want to be working. Everybody else was receiving there food in about 15 to 20 minutes and we received ours one hour and 10 minutes after we order. There should be a supervisor or a manager checking on the staff.

we were here on vacation and stopped in for a bite.... the food was not cooked to what i ordered and when i told the wait staff of the issue she said i will ask the manager. came back and sad if the food is not to your standard???? then there is a mcdonalds down the road about two miles on your right?? AS SHE STATED RON THE MANAGER SAID.... I WILL CALL CORPORATE...

Servers were friendly, kind of rude when I went to get my son a highchair (was told it needed to be cleaned first, should have been done when the chair was used last). Food arrived in a decent time and tasted okay. The red smashed potatoes with onions were delicious but my Tuscan scramble had watery eggs- most likely from the spinach and not much flavor.

My wife and I have been here several times. While the servers are very attentive, the food is always cold or not cooked to order. Each time we come back we think that we will have a better experience but we are always disappointed. We have dined here about 6 times and left 2 times with a favorable experience. At least the coffee is always good!
