Great food, very clean, awesome serving staff but extremely rude Manager (Tim). I go to this restaurant every week. Tonight my 9 year old got change for a $1 from Tim. She put $0.50 in a toy machine and got nothing. We figured maybe it would send out two the next $0.50. Well still nothing. We reported the incident and he (Tim) gives back only $0.50. My daughter says, mommy why? So I of course said "she put the whole dollar in." his response was "Yeah sure she did" as he scoffs and rolls his eyes. Well, Im also a manager and let me tell you, I kept my cool until my 9 year old became a thief and a liar. I will no longer be dining here...seriously poor customer service!

We find this to be one of the best resturants around. Eat at it when ever in Zephyrhills. the manager is a busy fellow and helps where ever he can and always has a smile. The Veterans evening meal is fantastic and WELL worth the wait. Wives included. Best salad bar around and food is always hot and tasty. For those who said not good, I do not know when they ate there. thank you for a clean , friendly place to come too. Must be good place as waitresses have been there a long time. 5 stars...

We came late about 8:30 not knowing you closed at 9:00. We were so impressed with how we were greeted by William and Sarah made our night so great, thank you! Our server was Marie she was great fun and so friendly! The food was still so fresh and hot even though we were there at closing time, we enjoyed it so much we came back the next day. A very nice young man Brandon sat us, our server miss Mary was very friendly and continuously checked on us.We had a wonderful time! Thanks to all!

This is the cleanest and most well-kept Buffet I have ever been to and Ive been to a lot of Buffets. The amount and quality of food is incredible. The price is very reasonable considering the quality and the vast selection of all types of food. The salad bar is endless. There is something for everyone I guarantee you will love this place. I cant say enough about the quality of meats and produce the freshness everything is just over-the-top good and the chocolate fountain is a plus.

I take my kids often to this location. Mal the server was great. My kids like the selection they have. The food is fresh and there dessert are mostly made there. This place is clean compare to others that I have been to. As long as they keep up the good work, I will keep coming back. One last thing, I would suggest that they make smaller portions for they desserts . I like to try them all and dont like to waste food. People could always go back for more. Instead of throwing it out.

One of the better eating of almost all homemade. The last few visit in the last month have been somewhat different due to the steaks are not up to the standard they have been noted for. Also the soup area mostly shows the spup pot is almost empty, meaning the chowider that can and has been looking pretty nasty and pretty much dried up...The waitresses are all as friendly as could be..This wont deter us from going but will change our menu when we next visit...

Although it is extremely busy - bide your time if you want to go on holidays, the staff of this facility do a tremendous job at keeping patrons filling all empty tables as others leave. They are still attentive to your needs without being pushy. Great selection of food all the time always hot and never seem to run out because management sees to it that the staff keep it that way. Great restaurant love the food regular customer!

food was good, great customer service , only problem took family there spent $170.00 and our waitress could never be found. she was always working on the other side of the room or checking her cell phone behind the wall. she was really awful at doing refills. still tipped her well but i think employees should not be able to use phone while working . other wise the food was worth the money paid

Staff is nice , buffet seems to stay pretty full , plates need to be cleaned better food was stuck on a few dishes ,waitress attempted to pick the stuck food off then give me the plate I was a bit gross out and requested a completely new stack of plates which I was able to watch her get , otherwise its not a bad place to go if you are in large group that wants different things to eat

Went in for mothers day brunch. First time to this location and first time in 10 years to golden corral. Food was good. Had bunch of different things including medium rare steak that was cooked perfect and about 2 inches thick. It tasted fantastic. We had 8 people and not a single complaint from anyone other than that they were all stuffed! Price was ridiculously affordable.

This family run franchise is the only one of its kind Ive ever been impressed by. The restaurant is very clean and well staffed. The food is very good, and very reasonably priced. Although it is a buffet, courteous and attentive wait staff check in continuously to ensure patrons have everything they need. Best buffet expeience Ive ever had.

Food is not clearly labeled for those with food allergies. They use a mixture of beef and pork in anything with ground beef - and if they dont then they have horrific cross contamination as I had an allergic reaction to the taco meat and I am allergic to pork. When advised, was told by worker that people cant be allergic to pork!

Server staff are happy and helpful. Food is decent and generally consistent. Over the years the music went from Oldies (which was bad) to something religious? (Which is now worse) I cant handle their coffee but their tea is fantastic. If I could change one thing...it would be to replace the music with something more pleasant.

OMG. Every item on the bar that I tried was top notch. I couldnt believe it. I wish i didnt have to drive to dade city to get a good meal. In Tampa, half of the items have no flavor bland and everything smells sour like theyre wiping tables and dishes off with sour dish rags. keep up the good quality please.

We reserved the large private room for my brothers wedding party. If we reserved this room for a certain time, why was there another party of people reserved at the same time as us in the private room? I thought that to be disrespectful! Dont get me wrong, the food was awesome!

Every time we leave this restaurant we say "This will be the last time we go there!" Just when we think maybe we should give it one more try, we get disappointed once again! Prices verses quality = way too high. Carpet desperately needs to be replaced, it smells. Never again!
