Typical Golden Corral. If you have been to one, you have been to them all. Food is good, service is O.K., and it smells weird. Updated: Manager Jackie is the rudest. She yells at kids and is disrespectful to adults. We refuse to go when she is working because she is truly terrible. She yelled at a young child for spilling his drink on accident. I was there for my birthday dinner and my sons vpk graduation dinner. He specifically requested to eat here or I would have never stayed. I came to the register to pay for the 6 people in my party and use my free buffet coupon for mine. I had called ahead of time to see if they would take it off my phone or if it needed to be printed. They said I did not have to print it. The cashier was punching all the info in and going to let me use my coupon. The manager was busy yelling at the small child for spilling his drink, but over heard our conversation.. she came over and made a huge scene about how I have to print the coupon to use it, and there were people everywhere who saw her act this way. I was completely embarrassed. I tried to explain to her that I had called and they said I could come in but she refused to hear me. I had just done this exact same thing with my other childs free buffet coupon the month before with no issues. She basically told me I was lying. I was so upset and hurt because we are here routinely, at least twice a month. Im very disappointed in the quality of the management here. There were many ways that she could have handled this without treating me and my group like criminals.

Absolutely disgusting establishment. Me and my wife decided to have lunch in this restraunt and got a suprise. We found hair in both of our fried chicken legs. Once we told the manager about the situation she persisted that it was chicken feathers. We were suprised on her response and requested a refund since niether of us hardly ate any of the food. The manager said we couldnt get a refund because we couldnt prove that it was hair. Please for the love of god do not waste your money or your health by going to this horrendous establishment. They also arent family friendly we overheard multiple workers talking and laughing about very inappropriate comments in front of children. Do not ever enter that sorry excuse of a restraunt. To top it all off they kicked me and my wife out of the restraunt since we didnt like there food. We got no refund, no lunch, and our lunch date was ruined. Corporate please read this comment and end the disgusting habits and work ethic of this establishment.

My mom worked here for 12 years, devoted to her job. She was a manager. She never called out, never missed a single day, never left early and always went to work even if she was sick. Her life became that job, although she has 2 kids at home. She works very hard to sustain her kids lifestyle and does everything for us (Im her daughter), although she is a single mom. She works everyday 12 hours and barely gets any days off. Recently, she was fired the day of for no reason and didnt get any warning or notice. After 12 years of busting her ass for this business, the district manager was ruthless enough to fire her for nothing. No explanation. Although I am glad that she left that place, it wasnt right for them to just get rid of her like that. After 12 years of being abused, this is how they let her go. She did everything for this business.

Absolutely LOVE the food at this restaurant. However some small things irked me about the one in Brandon (Providence Rd). They do in one way honor some veterans with photographs on the exit wall of many "Favorite Sons/Daughters" but I found out later on that my wife was quite unsuccessful in getting them to put up a picture of Yours Truly on said wall. I am also told that they even have a "vets day" but my fellow vets now tell me it is wayyy too crowded that day for all the vets around here so most vets like me would just prefer a simple "veterans discount" rather than be tied down to a single day and time. I also have a problem with the A/C in the place because if you are not seated in the right areas you stay warmer than the food! Again I still love the food and service sooo much I pray this place NEVER goes out of business!

Vivo en altamonte springs pense que el Golden Corral en Brandon fl tendria la misma calidad no fue asi la comida estaba mal presentada tenia mal sabor y el restaurante tenia mal olor para colmo el A/C no funcionaba en el area donde me sentaron.es el peor de los Golden Corral que he visto..La empresa deberia remodelarlo como el de Altamonte y Clermont..espero que lo remodelen

This Golden Corral used to be the best one in the Tampa Bay area, the food quality was decent, but nothing to write home about. Our server was freindly, but most of the staff seemed to act like they wanted not to be bothered, and had better things to do and better places to be. Another thing that bothered me, was they supposedly are patriotic, posting many photos of veterans during thier time of service, (being in a bedroom community to Macdill AFB), but saw a active service member denied a Military discount with presenting a Military ID. Golden Corral currently makes a lot of money nationwide contracting meals for the Department of Defense in locations where Reserve (all branches) units do not have

I am sitting here and it is extremely hot due to the air conditioning not working...The fact that while standing in line it wasnt mentioned that the air was out on one side of the restaurant, I would have stated that I can wait for a side that has air..after speaking with the manager (Elizabeth) all she could tell me is we were trying to seat you as quickly as possible...unacceptable... If Im paying ALOT for food I would like to enjoy it when I eat..it is a shame that getting money was more important than making sure the customers were comfortable... See you in a totally different view now...

I have eaten here many times before. However, last night (November 11, 2015) was the finest hour not only for me and my family but also for every veteran and family that ate here. The staff could not do enough for you. The program presented during the 5 PM to 9PM Veterans Recognition FREE buffet was super. The a cappella singing of the Four Friends did, in fact, bring tears to eyes of many. The food was just as special. I am a totally Disabled American Veteran and I say they outdid themselves especially for veterans on Veterans Day. Thank you Management and Staff. God Bless America!

We were they on Aug 4th @10:30. I wish I could give it a negative rating. No one was at the register when went in. Food was cold, dry and empty. The eggs were empty and we had a hard time to get more put out. The waitress didnt know she had our section. My husband asked for coffee and she had to go all the way to the other side because the machine was broken on our side. When she finally came back the coffee was old. We told the waitress and she didnt offer to replace it. Best thing in the place was the ice water.
