Very overpriced for a meal that was subpar. I dont mind high prices if the wings I got were to my standards. I tried two different sauces and I will say I was happy with the amount of options I had when it comes to flavoring. My main issues. Theyre pricing model. They dont offer X number of wings or even "how many would you like?". They go by this system of basically small medium large and XL, except theyre named like snack, party , etc. This would be fine if they listed how many came with each. So I sat there thinking, well Im here for a meal not a snack (6 wings it turns out at 6.99) So I sat and ate 12 wings, 6 of an asian spicy and 6 of a rub flavor. I enjoyed the wings. The size of the wings were disappointing, the taste of my 6 Asian ones were great! The other 6 seemed like they were under a heat lamp all day. The atmosphere was very loud, but not a good loud because very few patrons were there. It was mostly the wait staff. I could continue and list positives and negatives all day (such as them not having any syrup for any of 3 different drinks I ordered and when I finally got a drink it was 30 minutes into my time there, and I had already placed my order. ) But Im not going to, Ill leave it with, for a group of 4 people our total was sitting around 250 before gratuity. Yes 3 of us had alcoholic beverages, we had an appetizer or two, and we all had wings, and asides from me, no one finished their food and brought home left overs. The fact of the matter is, I can grab a bag of Tyson pre cooked hot wings from the mart, throw them in the oven and have the same quality wings.

We had a bad experience a few months ago. A couple of days ago we decided to try it again. I always order the bufflitos They used to be my favorites. It always seems so cold when you enter this location. Never anyone at the front to greet you. This was their last chance. I got my bufflitos. The shells were very tough and chewy. Chicken was dried and minced. I was missing half the toppings. No pico, and no cheese. Only lettuce and tomatoes. When I asked the waitress if it was a new cook she said yes and they are out of pico. I said to her " I thought you made it fresh here" Her statement was "we do but we are out of onions. last week we ran out of ranch dressing. I thought really? There is a publix across the street. I would think they could go buy some onions to make the pico rather then try to pass off this dried up mess. This was their last chance with us. We will never go back again. My guess is by the looks of this place and the I do care attitude. this place will close shortly. Too bad they have let themselves go.

I can not believe the treatment I just received from the staff at this location. I was hungry for some food and wanted a drink. After being ignored at the door by numerous employees. ...I made my way to the bar. The staff member who I am assuming was the bartender walked by me twice and did even acknowledge me...I said excuse me to get her attention and she walks by me again only to go through a swinging door and immediately on her phone with a direct sight line to my seat. I waited 5 minuteso while others sat at the bar. I finally gave up and decided to leave. To make the entire experience even more unbelievable, I waited at the front for another 5 minutes to tell someone what had happened and his entire response was "ok." No apology, no attempt to assist me or make things right. Nothing. Rudest most self serving uncaring staff I have ever encountered. I cant imagine how this place stays open. Thanks Buffalo Wild wings for ruining my one night off and any chances of finding another open place after wasting my time. You SUCK.

Holy cow batman! So I stopped in this place I couldnt believe it... it was like all the rest of BW3 my head was like explosion. Screens dropped everywhere. Nice comfortable bar. The bathroom had bathrooms in them. Yeah whole place smelled like beer,chicken, and shame. Witch is totally ok with me. Usually if Im here Ive accepted next day diarrhea. Keeps me coming back. The servers are amazing or hot or both, either way I cant even begin to describe them. All I know is that its a nagging reminder I having nothing to look forward to when I get home. Im excited for my next visit. No wait... Im pumped for my next visit. I am just electrify with joy. I am going to watch all 7 seasons of walking dead Than Im going to go to this place and forget all those zombies and other stresses I deal with everyday. Drink my problems away. And start my night shift at Walmart later that evening. Because I can. Dont drink,drive, and review. Peace!

I have no idea what happens every time I step into this, or the other 2 BWW in Ft Myers/Naples, but service is lacking in all areas of this restaurant chain. Which is sad, as Im a fan of wings in general and love BBW sauces. But they have the slowest, most incompetent servers Ive come across in a long time. When I last ate here, we saw our waitress once. I had to go to bar area to get our own drink refills and she never brought us a bill. There were only 3-4 other tables in the whole place. Contemplated walking out without paying, but sat at the to-go counter for 10 minutes for another employee to track her down so we could pay and leave. Have complained to management in the past, only to get apathetic excuses. Have stopped patronizing this business. For wings with decent service, even in season, I now go to Buffalo Chips.

Only come here if you need to watch a game. The service is horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible and the food horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible. I order 10 wings and they were awful. This is a wings place and they cant freaking cook wings. I am sitting at a corner booth were I can watch the food sit at the inside kitchen counter and literally saw food sit on the counter for minutes on end while I all all the servers sit at a table watching the game or on the phone. Also the Manager just walked by the servers did say anything to them. He even walked into the kitchen the walked past the food just sitting there on the counter multiple times without saying anything to the servers who were just all sitting at a table. This place is a joke.....dont come here for the food. Come here for a beer and watch a game instead.

Sorry, I didnt want to go this low but my last visit was atrocious! And it was all about the service staff. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed of their manager and wait staff. See how long it takes to approach you for a simple drink order. See how long it takes to approach you after you receive your food (which takes also to long to prepare) to see how you are doing. See if they even thank you or smile at you. It does not happen. There is one person in that place that should not be working there because he is so much better than everyone else. He has helped me before with a positive and happy attitude. I hope better things happen for him. Shame on Buffalo Wild Wings for this type of service! You have good food and tasty wings and thats it. Not spending my money there anymore!
