We stopped eating in because our service was constantly horrible. We would wait 5-10 min for someone to acknowledge us another 10 min for our server to come to the table. Last three times we ordered out to avoid the service. First time I ordered flats only they ignored it completely, the second time I ordered flats only when I got to the Wooster location it took 5 minutes for someone to help me then come to find out they did not make enough flats for my order and asked me to wait another 10 minutes I told them to forget about it considering I already waited 30 minutes. Then today we order out again. I got all flats but absolutely no sauce it was like it came out of the fryer and into the box. Absolutely tasteless. We will have to start driving to another location until Wooster steps up their customer service. I can understand bad service once in a while but not every single time were in there. I cant tell if its management or just the servers. Hopefully theyll get things in check and step their game up.

Sorry I tried this BW3 again, Poor Service (or lack there of) is the only thing that is consistent at Wooster BW3. Long wait to be seated (even with 15+ open tables) long wait to order, food actually out in Fair amount of time, but have never had a dryer, grisslier, chicken breast in a restaurant, wings burnt, chicken in wrap tasted like old shoe leather, drinks refilled once in an hour...forever to get check, then snotty with us because we were in hurry to leave. Wont make the mistake of taking family here again.

The food is great! The systems in place to make sure you get your food need work. On a takeout order with 5 items on it, one would expect it would be easy enough to get all of those items to the customer. Check your orders before you send them out! And dont give me attitude when we ask for the food we ordered. We didnt ask for everything free, we didnt ask for extra free stuff, we just wanted that extra app and had to take lip from the hostess about it. Disappointing.

We get bw3s from Wooster alot here where I work.. 9/10 the orders are wrong barely ever have sauce on them. And the reason Im writing this is because today is the second time Ive bit into almost raw piece of chicken..they never offer to fix the problem or to make it right.and 3 guys that worked here havent got food from there In a year now because of these things.. I will never ever eat Wooster bw3s again.. go to Ashland its so much better and service is great

Well they have no Coca-Cola for their Jack and Coke my boneless wings very light on the sauce my buddies wings were burnt he had original but the proportions were good could have been a bad night for the cook whoever that idiot is it took the coke out of the bar now come on you cant have mixed drinks that Pepsi is just does not work

Been 40 min , no food, , restaurant not that busy. 25 mins went bye, no waiter since taking our order, table out of cokes. Finally received my drink after 30 mins. . I had a chat with waiter and he was making excuses, . Im the customer, I dont care about excuses. Not a good experience at all so far.

Ordered food for work today and my co worker went to go get it and they forgot my order of mozzarella sticks so when my co worker went back to get them they then gave us the ones that they had forgot to include in the first place when we write told they they would be made fresh...... not impressed.

Do you like paying a lot of money for a tiny amount of food then go here otherwise stay home and cook for yourself and save your money. The menu really isnt that great. I just went to Smoke for the first time they are new and much better. B-dumbs could use a lot help with their menu and prices.

Absolutely every single time we are in the place, something is wrong. Especially take it. DO NOT DO TAKE OUT!!! They refuse to get it correct. I talked to the GM, Michelle, when a good chunk of my order was missing and she had the nastiest attitude and refused to do anything about it.

Stood around waiting to be seated before seating ourselves. After getting drinks took another 20 minutes to take our food order. Plenty of empty tables and employees standing around. Bad service. Food was ok. Will be going to our usual location from now on.

Best experience at any B-dubs I have ever had!!! Food was prompt, wings had just the right amount of sauce and both the waitress and the manager was very helpful and attentive. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Went in for dinner around 8:00pm and the place was busy but not full. By the time I was done the place transformed into a college karaoke bar full of kids rapidly getting hammered. Service at the bar was mediocre.

The blazing wings are the hottest I have had anywhere. I love the flavor if Caribbean Jerk sauce. The customer service is excellent and the food is good. The place is clean and the atmosphere is upbeat.

Good luck getting seated. Everyone just stares at you. Wait a while for your drink and even longer for your food. But they have amazing wings. If food wasnt so good then 1 star for sure.

Wow The service is very bad. We kept trying to flag down our waiter or any waiter to remember to bring us our drinks and come take our order..they need to hire more staff or something.

Another good place to get wings. Great place if you want to watch a game with friends. Avoid on weekend nights if your with a family. Tends to be a lot of drunk people and cops there.
