I think these are the best wings in the area; they cook them to order from scratch. Most places use frozen wings. Also Wingstop will cook them to order "extra crispy". Trust me, it takes longer but makes ALL the difference in the world. So many places serve pre-cooked wings they just microwave to order -- gummy, soft skin. They also have at least 10 different flavorings. Some are saucy, some are "spice rubs". They have atomic (if you can stand that) and a classic "buffalo hot wing". My husband loves the Cajun, which is a medium-spicy red sauce. But my heart belongs to the Louisiana Rub. Its a spice rub, and has no sauce. Its not hot, but intensely spicy with a salty kick. There are also several sweet sauces like Teryaki, Hawaiian, etc. I dont go for that at all myself, but some do and children like the sweeter wings. Excellent seasoned fries. They do offer a ranch and blue cheese sauce; the blue cheese is so mild it is hard to tell from the ranch (in fact, I think it is ranch with a few random chunks of blue cheese in it). They have "veggie sticks", which are mixed carrot and celery, and cost $1 for a small handful. Boneless wings (basically, chicken nuggets) and strips are also on the menu, baked beans and biscuits. I have not tried these, and cant say what they are like. My only complaint: this can scarcely be called fast food. An order of regular wings takes almost 30 minutes -- 10 minutes more if you order "extra crispy". A lot of times my order is done, but sitting on the counter, as they have one girl at the front cash register -- they seem short on staff. Dining area is OK, with several TVs, but a little dark. But it looks like most people order "to go" anyways.

Ordered from here for the last time today. Ive had trouble almost every time Ive gone to this location of wingstop. Ive never been in and out quicker than 20 minutes and a couple of times Ive stood in line for 45+ minutes for wings that should have been ready when I got there. Today, I ordered wings to be ready at 7:45. I was getting a haircut literally 5 feet away. I had to wait for the haircut so I didnt get done until a little after 8. I went next door and... Nothing. The store was locked and closed with only one light on and a single person behind the counter who made a motion for me to go away. The rest of the employees seemed to be in their cars in from of the store talking. The sign on the door clearly said "open 11 am to 12 am". Bottom line, I paid for food that I didnt get. If anyone reading this is connected with this place, do the following: - Do not allow the person taking orders to also take calls - Have a manager or supervisor present at all times - Find out how long it takes to make each kind of wings, and when an advance order is placed start that order in a time frame that will allow them to be done by the time you said they would be done - Find some other method of keeping tack of online orders. In 2016 it is unacceptable to print them out and keep them in a binder - Make sure there is a way for advance orders to pick up their wings without having to wait behind walk-ins -If there isnt a way to get advance orders in and out within 5 minutes then just stop taking them. If theyre going to be waiting as long as everyone else its pointless anyway

The food industry is all about service and how your employees conduct themselves. About a week ago I placed an order online and when I came to the store to pick up my order they took my name and told me my order was not ready. About ten minutes later they asked my name and realized that my order had been sitting there getting cold the entire time. When I got back to my house to enjoy my cold wings, I noticed there was only ten when I had payed for 15. I called and talked to the manager and he agreed to give me 10 free wings to make up for their mistakes. The worst part of this experience occurred when I came in to "redeem" these 10 wings, as I am currently sitting in store and it has now been 30 MINUTES AND I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN SERVED. The owner of this wingstop needs to reevaluate who is working for him/her and should consider a whole new staff. I am not one to go out of my way to write a review but I believe the public should be aware of this disgrace, because thats exactly what it is.

Busy on a wed for dinner...long line to place order. Consider ordering online to skip the line. Due to the noise on my first trip, I didnt properly communicate that I wanted boneless wings. When I went back to the counter the woman at the checkout listened to my concerns and got the manager. She listened to my issue and they remade my order free of charge. They double checked they had it correct as they were making it. Wings were good. Teriyaki sauce was not bad but I probably will not get it again. The teriyaki was the only wet flavor I got. The lemon pepper and garlic parmesian were both very good and there was a little sauce on the box, but for the most part those flavors were dry amd crispy.

Aweful customer service. I havent even been to the restaurant and was rudely greeted on the phone!! She answered I said hello. She goes hello hello and then hung the phone up.... When I called back before I knew I said can you hear me now. She goes yep. I asked if you could dine in. She goes yep. We were in route to them as I called. I told my husband forget it. Lets go somewhere else. Its aweful that we recieved horrible customer service before we even made it to the restaurant!

If I could rate this with zero stars I would. The service is brutally slow, like 25+ minutes to get 12 wings. When we finally got food several of the wings were undercooked and the fries were cold and over-seasoned. Couldnt talk to the manager either because there was no manager in the store (big mistake apparently). Ill never be going back to this location ever again. Ill go to BWW or Quaker Steak & Lube over this place.

Louisiana Rub! I have never had a bad meal at Wing Stop. The closest to a bad experience I had was placing an online order that never made it to the store but the ownership listened to my complaint and compensated me with a free meal for later use. All of the wing flavors are good, Ive had just about all of them. I recommend you order your fries well done or they will come out pretty soggy if not eaten immediately. Enjoy!

It took around 10-15 minutes for my order of 10 garlic parmesan wings and fries to be ready. Thats not a horribly long time, but for the quality of food, its ridiculous. The flavoring on the wings appeared to be all oil and salt, and little else. That, plus how the lady at the register was arguing/playing with the cooks the entire time, with her "apologizing" for the behavior of the cooks, was just annoying and childish.
