I took a couple of employees to BWW in Fairview Park, OH while on business. It ended up being the absolute worst visit to a BWW Ive ever experienced. We arrived around 5:30pm and left around 9:30pm. The bartender, Joe, who broke a glass that sprayed over my entire team and our food, had the audacity to tell us that he cannot serve us any more drinks. Because we had already had too many. We each had one drink per hour while we were there. I then asked to speak to the manager. The manager, Spencer, came out and before listening to what I had to say said he called the police on us. This all came after Spencer and Joe asked us to fill out a survey, were we gave them both great reviews. They bragged about how this would be sure to give Joe the $25 in house prize related to the survey. Earlier, before we took the survey, Spencer explained that his boss was there and begged we provide a great survey so his boss would hopefully see it during his visit. Im nothing short of appalled at the way this particular BWW is managed. If how Spencer conducted himself is deemed acceptable by BWW, I promise you I will stop taking employees to BWW. Nor will I spend my money there personally. Im completely embarrassed of my decision to come to your restaurant. I will not repeat my mistake.

This location is the worst. I was put on hold for at least 6 or 7 min only to be asked what was the purpose of my call again. I thought the reason I was put on hold was because you were getting an answer for me. Only to get my wings slopped together, not extra crispy as I ordered. This is my first review, but this location has been going down for awhile now. I should have been filed a complaint. Not sure if its new management or what, but customer service has gone way down at this location. I have friends and family who feel the same way so its not just me.

I feel like a broken record with BW3 locations. Ive been to a bunch and always find it pretty lackluster. Im especially bitter about this location since it used to be housed across the street over on Center Ridge in a really cool, unique location. It sold its soul and moved here for probably double the size and a fraction of the character. Its a fine location from the standpoint of parking and there is lots of room - including a private room in the back. A big bar makes it easy to get a seat. I just miss the old location. Ho-hum.

Its unfortunate that after a long day of good service and food, that my bill was incorrect. When I tried to resolve the issue with Katie the manager, she was very unsympathetic, rude, and unwilling to pursue customer satisfaction. While discussing proper customer service, she asserted that I had made a sexist comment. Its a shame that for as much business as I bring into this restaurant, I wont be coming back anymore.

I love everything.... except the prices! I can get the same, quality wings at other sports bars at a much cheaper price. Your fries are below average...can you say McDonalds except cold... go to fresh cut fries. Otherwise, I love the beer selections, the atmosphere and the people working here... you basically charge a buck a wing, not good.

Ordered some wings to go today, awful. Truly awful food, sauces are disgusting, generic and tasteless. Go to your neighborhood bar youll get better food than here. Now pardon me while I go throw up the awful taste it left in my mouth. Google is it possible to leave no stars can you please add that option.

Its not as good as it used too. I ordered mild got buffalo, only got celery on side which was old and dry. Before you got a dipping sauce and celery. The wings were slopped together only half covered in sauce. Cashier was nice but the rest of the employees were snobby. Its a no go for me anymore. :(

Great service. Rather drive out of the way to go to this bdubs. Everyone that works here is amazing. We had a couple spills tonight with 3 kids and the staff was totally understanding and jumped right in to assist. Food was delicious as always. Great job here!!

Problem in communication between server and kitchen. Order totally messed up. All sauces are sooooo sweet even when you do not expect any sweetness from description. You can go to any Lakewood bar and get much better food not to mention the atmosphere

Service is good. If youre one of the 7 people left on Earth that hasnt eaten here, go with the chicken buffalitos with spicy garlic sauce. The mini corn dogs sound childish but theyre awesome...maybe the best Ive ever had.
