One star doesnt reflect the quality of the food. It merely reflects the service I received today. So, Ive been ordering from Angelicos for about four years. When I call, I dont have to give my address because its filed in the system with my number. I called today and it was pretty obvious that I was speaking to someone who didnt handle the phones regularly, but she was nice. When I gave my phone number, it was no longer filed in the system. Not sure what that was about. When I gave the address, her driver said that I was 3 miles away, putting me outside the delivery area. Their delivery radius is 2 miles and I live 1.9 miles away which is why Ive received delivery service for 4+ years. I dont like the fact that the driver was too lazy to make this delivery and just blatantly lied to get out of doing so. Ive been a loyal customer for years, but Ill have to find a new spot. Too bad - I liked the canoli.

Really disgusted with the level of Customer Service provided by the phone line order taker. She had a very nonchalant attitude when presented with the error made on their part and at our schools expense. Oh Well! What can I do? How about fix it. Lesson: Never suggest that the customer should do one more thing to make your job easier or you might not have a job soon. Also, never ask them to call another location because they can get to you quicker, when you are 45 minutes late from a call placed an hour before the delivery was due.

Better than most mainstream chain pizza, for sure. When ordering something for delivery, make it a point to ask the staff on the phone how much the total price for the order is, including delivery fee. Theyve got a nasty habit of giving you the base price over the phone, then leaving it to the delivery guy to tell you the total cost of your order. Its almost impossible to predict, too, as the fees bounce around without notice. Ive had an $11 pizza (my usual) cost anywhere from $13 to $19.

I ordered my favorite pizza -- garlic and eggplant. .... was so looking forward to it, and highly disappointed! I ate at the Wisconsin Ave store (close to my office) for years, and was so excited to find a franchise by my house. Prior orders had been better, but never as good as Wisconsin Ave. Will try one ore time before I switch places.

Ive been ordering from this Angelico Pizza for about two years. Customer service and delivery service have both been great, and the food has always been absolutely delicious. If ever there is an issue with the food (which is rare) they have always handled it immediately.

Holy pepperoni, if you know good pizza you know that you should be able to fold it in half but it not be soggy and have a little grease drip out yummy yummy yummy. Huge slices that you can buy individually is always a plus. Price is same as anywhere else in area.
