For the first time in any Chick-fil-A restaurant, I have never enjoyed a dining experience as I have in the Chick-fil-A restaurant on Tech Road. An associate; Dionte not only heard me, he listened to my order and served it specifically as I expressed it. It was the best dining experience I have ever had at any Chick-fil-A. I will never visit another Chick-fil-A restaurant other than the one where Dionte is employed. He greeted me so politely and listened attentively to ensure he understood how I wanted my meal to taste. I expressed, "I wanted my chicken sandwich freshly cooked, fresh bread, crisp pickles, and medium fries and I wanted everything hot straight off the grill." Never have I ever been served my meal exactly as I desired. When my meal was ready, Dionte delivered it to my table and waited to ensure my meal was to my standards and it was. Dionte made me feel very special and I will never visit another Chick-fil-A restaurant and never will I visit when he is not available. Thank you Dionte for giving me the best fast food meal experience I have had in a very long time. It was absolutely the best. Thank you Dionte.

Usually spot on service across the nation with chick fi la. But this one!!! Not so much. The gentleman that rung us up was awesome. The usual treatment you get from chick fila. Outstanding young man. However!! The girl that made the milkshake. It wemt downhill from there. I ordered a strawberry milkshake. I watched her make it, I noticed it was white coming out the machine, sooo I instantly knew it was vanilla unless they are doing a white strawberry milkshake. She hands it to me and I ask "strawberrry correct"? She says "yes, yes," I say ok. Then I tasted it and sure enough vanilla!! so we informed politely and said this is vanilla "she says aint that what you ordered" I show her the receipt that says strawberry, she says nothing and walk away. As were standing there she came back over to us and slammed he milkshake on the counter turned and walked away Rudly! Like I did something wrong.

If you have to eat "Fast Food"...you really have to try a Chick-fil-A. The service is amazing for fast food! Wonderful people working at the counter and the bonus is people come to your table and ask you if everything is OK and can they get you a refill on your drink! Food seems to be healthy and the menu offers a calorie breakdown by item; for example salad is one calorie count, dressing another and toppings another so you really know how much you are intaking. Very special plus for this Chick-fil-A, FRESH and beautiful flowers in several locations through out the restaurant.

We were staying at the Hilton Inn around the corner. We went to this restaurant on a Thursday evening (March10) and the service was wonderful. But went back that Saturday to get milk shakes and a snack. We were told that they were out of ice cream. While waiting for our food they gave 3 milk shakes and an Ice cream cone to other customers that came in after us. I asked why they wouldnt take my order they said there just wasnt enough. This was a case of reverse discrimination. We really like Chick-fil-A but I would not recommend this one if you want to get fair service

So I know Im in a different state but I figure its Chic-fil-a they CANNOT mess it up...well I was wrong. The lemonade is not the natural freshly squeezed with pulp...no its artificial and sweet/tart it was bad. I love chic-fil-a but why isnt the lemonade the same at every establishment. Only other gripe is that there is no driver thru either. Other than that the service was good and given in a timely fashion.

So, its fine. My first time at a Chick-fil-A and it was totally over hyped. Good chicken sandwiches, but they werent significantly better than other fast food chicken. Too bad the ranch dip isnt just regular ranch. The garlic and herbs are totally unnecessary and make it not ranch. I would eat at Chick-fil-A again, but wouldnt seek it out. Felt a little expensive for what it was, really. Only decent.

Place an online catering order, didnt receive a confirmation so I called to confirm if they received order. I arrived at schedule pick up time and after 10 minutes, they notified me that the order was never started and I had to wait 20 minutes for them to put it together. Really disappointed, since my kid and his friends were waiting for me to arrive with food sooner than later.

Thank you so much to the staff at Chick-fil-A, Tech Road Silver Spring. MD. This location has always given my son and I fabulous service and this is one of our favorite spots! There playland is cozy and just the right size for younger children. This location is one of the few places, at any time of day, that you can be guaranteed service with a smile :) .

The best Chic-fil-A Ive been to in the Northeast especially in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Staff remembers customers after a couple of days of visit and extends their most friendliest welcome and service. My children and I have even made this Branch our usual Saturday eve dinner and fun spot. Thank you and keep up the greatness!

Chick-fil-A is chick-fil-a. That said, this place was really great for us in that the staff was very friendly and notably attentive. It was very helpful in that we had out 10 month old with us. She made a bit of a mess, but the staff was insistent in letting us know that it wasnt a big deal.

Beside the overly salty chicken sandwich, the cashier short changed the kids out of a couple dollars. This was likely unintentional but still unacceptable. I watched from afar how they ignored the kids. Service begins with respect for your customers, regardless who they are, even kids.

This is a great Chick-fil-a. There is usually a line, but the customer service is so good you will nearly notice. They take your order and will almsot personally sit down, and then bring your food to your table. They also have a small kids play area for the younger set.

As I sit here stroking my poorly manicured beard I look around at the line getting longer and longer as the lunch rush rolls in. The line curls through the restaurant like a snake evaiding a predator. The employees look calm and present a smile for every hungry human.

I visited this Chic-fil-a today. I had an exceptional experience due to an employee by the name of KB. I was wrangling my 2 small children and he really went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this location if you have small children. Thank you!

Friendly customer service, good family-friendly evironment, short lines since that political spat a year or two ago. Food tastes delicious as always. Chick-Fil-A prices are amazing as well, you could pay $7 for a whole meal with a decent-sized drink.

Sooooooooooooooooo slow even when theres not a line. The lemonade doesnt seem to be made according to the recipe followed by other franchises. The first time chick fil a has let me down. The fries were warm and not hot with a hair on it.

It is a very very very busy part of town. This chic-fil-a took steps to make the line hum. 10 minutes and I got my meal. They did a good job. My chicken wrap meal was great. The lemonade watermelon mint was awesome
