Went with some folks that were anxious to see if Anthem recreated the Hot Shoppes menu (formerly owned by Marriott from 1927 to 1999) any justice. Ive never been to Hot Shoppes so I didnt have a reference point. I enjoyed the shrimp and grits. My guest said the Mighty Mo wasnt quite the same. My other guest really enjoyed the Waffle and Chicken sandwich. We ended our lunch with a Hot Shoppes staple, Orange Freeze, which was perfect fuel for our walk back to the office. Needed to burn those calories asap. #CityExpertsAnniversary

I love their tomato soup. Have actually had it three days in a row. They are very helpful. I asked them to just have the soup instead of grilled cheese and tomato soup and they were happy to do it.

The eggs at breakfast are the worst eggs that I have tasted. Staff is friendly but not attentive, efficient or quick. Very expensive for the quality and service received.
