My order was so wrong.. first my whopper medium and double whopper large had specifics that were not met. I asked for no ice in my drink with my order and when I received my drinks they had ice in them. The young lady seemed like she was bothered that I didnt care that she made the beverages already. I wanted cheese on my burgers and there was none. And I received 2 medium frys.. my total was 18 even...

Have to agree with the other commenters. Service is abysmally slow, even if you go inside. If you go thru the drive-thru you have to check your bag. 50% of the time something is missing. They are constantly changing staff and managers. Seems pretty clear why.

The worse experience. First they didnt give me my two orders of fries. Pulled off got ready to eat now they gave me the wrong sandwich. My grandchild got a cheeseburger and they cut the cheese in half instead of putting on a whole cheese

This Burger King does not care that a majority of its customers are professional men and women who expect fast service. Its obvious mangers have not prepared to serve FAST food. Service is way too slow.

The French fries were hot. Chicken fries were on point. The only issue with this visit is that the Zesty sauce pack had a small slit in it. I returned to the restaurant and they replaced it.
