The staff is not knowledgeable of the products, I have repeatedly received the wrong food or has parts missing the food is underwhelming by even fast food standards and the service is lacks a certain genuineness. Id go across the street to the McDonalds or the Subway without hesitation.

I would give a 5-star if the staff were more attentive. But the food is good, almost never had an order made wrong here and the people are friendly enough. Just not liking the "how can I help you" I literally always get. Like Im interrupting their day by making them do their job.

The staff was knowledgeable however there were flies swarming our food, the service was indeed quite fast and the server was kind though she forgot my hash browns it was no big deal they kindly gave them with no wait overall I had a good experience

Its the second time going to this place. The first time was pretty bad so I should have known better. This time the service was faster and staff more polite but I found two long hairs on my sandwich. Uhh, never again! fool me twice, shame on me

Its a burger king and it has one of the any flavor you want coke soda fountains. Unfortunately theyre almost always out of syrup for the specialty flavors, so its basically just a regular coke fountain.

Service has improved staff is knowledgeable and sincere. They are curteous and if they make a mistake or keep you waiting they make up for it by offering something extra. Customer Service is evident.

Ordered double whopper no cheese large fry and coke. I got a regular whopper with cheese a medium fry a flat soda and on top of that all the food was cold like it had been sitting for an hour
