I love the food and I dont mind driving the distance but the service is horrible! There is always a problem fries arent ready, no strawberry shortcake, hamburger is dried out. My visit today was fast. I find out on the way home my diet soda is sweet tea, no fixings cup, napkins or straw and my bacon cheeseburger is just a cheeseburger. There needs to be some changes at this store I keep going hoping this visit is different only to find its not. Id rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the Laplata store than to ever go back to this Roy Rogers. Thank you Jocelyn you just lost this customer!

First time I went around 6:45pm got the eight piece, keep in mind I live in Hyattsville got home thinking I have fresh hot chicken......not it was dry warm chicken although I spoke the manager she offered some better chicken the next day keep in mind I live in Hyattsville...i drove back to Waldorf to get more warm chicken you can tell which side is better the one on the right is the old chicken just look at it before getting it because they dont mind giving you old chicken instead of throwing it away the first one is more fresh...slighty

Enjoyed the above average customer service with a smile. The food came out quick and fresh and they brought it to me...which is above average for fast food. Food was really good. The only reason Id see someone complaining about this place is if they were impatient and over exaggerating during a busy period.

Daren and I really enjoyed our dinner. Roast beef sliders for me,, the best!! He had bacon cheeseburgers that got a trip to the fixins bar that made everyone proud!!!
