I went into Ruby Tuesdays today with my mother and daughter and it was a different experience than any other we have had there before. The lady at the door was quite underwhelming and left you thinking the service was going to be subpar as well. Then this lady came over that went by Shadora and she changed the game and experience. She wa amazing!! She was attentive to my daughter and her needs and made sure we had everything we needed. She made sure we felt special and enjoyed our experience. I would go back any day she is there. Thank you!

Was there on a Sunday evening about 8 PM. They seemed more interested in getting cleaned up and getting out of there than in serving me. There was extreme lack of attention to detail. Ordered steak medium rare and it comes well done, dried out. I made them cook another. The salad bar was $2.99 in addition to the meal. It was tired and I thought over priced for what was there. Not a good value. Poor service, poor food, and the distraction of clean up ruined the atmosphere. I will not return.

Service was poor..no refills...took a long time to get drinks and food after ordering..waitress had loud ,annoying sniff, did not come back to check on us, took refill order and did not come back, we had to take our credit card to her and ask for our bill. Food was marginal...this is not our normal experience at the pike creek location. You need to return the original broccoli salad and get rid of the roasted broccoli on the salad bar.

Dimly lit restaurant, makes you wonder why they dont want you to see what you eat. All the smokers are right at the front entrance as well, making it hard for the rest of the normal world to get in the place without gagging at the idiots. Food however is good, service was a little slow, but no major issues. Salad bar seemed well done and sorted. Went there at lunch time on a weekend.

The only good part about this location is the food, and not even that can make up for the terrible service that I received. There were 2 girls where it was their first day on the job and I watched as they were told to figure out being a hostess on their own. They were given no help the 2 hours that I was there. I will not be returning to this Ruby Tuesdays.

Menu has great selection of healthy eating options. Not the best place in the world to eat but a solid eating option if you live in the area and dont have time to cook. Oddly enough best iced tea I have ever had at a restaurant. Mango has bits of mango, raspberry has bits of raspberry, etc.

Walked out after 10 minutes at 2pm on a Saturday. We were one table of 2 out of maybe 10 tables occupied in a room of 30-40 tables, and not a word from the 3 wait staff working, to include the waitress servicing the table directly behind us. Manager didnt even try and stop us.

Out of French fries in an american restaurant. How is that possible? Also out if lids for to go cups. It took 25 minutes at least for the appetizers to arrive at table. This is unacceptable and definitely will not be back!

Salad bar was disgusting I said something twice and nothing was done so I asked for it to be removed from the bill and then they charged for a full entree until I said something.

Great takeout, but come on standing at bar waiting to pick up orders. PUT THE DRIVE IN CAR PICKUP BACK IN PLACE! That was excellent and you guys took it away.
