Metro staff sort of gives off a snobby feel, staff standing around and looking at you is a little wierd. I came in after a long week of week today. Im a maritime worker/operator and I work on the water... Came in a little dingy and tired. Had a few oysters to start and the braised pork belly and tenderloin with mushroom Grits and Chorizo pork hash... It was amazing. My bartender mark was also awesome. My only advice to management and staff (not including mark from Colorado because he was great) is dont judge a book by its a cover. Saw a few looks that make you feel uncomfortable but it didnt take away from the awesome food or great service from Mark the bartender/waiter. Some people may come in dingy from work but all money is green so be sure to put every customer in the same frame. In my case I like to eat well and tip well, I get you want to have that upscale feel but dont forget about the reg guys the hardworking for the money guys. Regardless of any of that I recommend Metro for awesome food and hope that Mark is your server. I will return because the food really was delicious. #BuddhaReview

***HELP*** I understand being new. But there is no oversight by management walking around checking in with the customers I received my soup /appetizer and main meal all at the same time and waited another seven minutes for my soup spoon. I asked to speak to a manager on my way out and another waiter came up to me instead. I dont think anything was ever done. Food need to be prepared hot comes out cold, example venison chili. The owner and his wife walk around oblivious to the concerns of the client. Hopefully that will change as the staff matures

Food was great, but the service was horrible. Ordered food after I got my appetizer which took awhile. Manager just set watching the band play and when we spoke to him he said he would take off 20% and he said the wait time was Normal, but it wasnt the cook it was the server. Has to be a training problem... I do recommend coming here, food is great... service just needs improvement.

Absolute worst $120 I ever spent. Drinks were ok but average. Oysters would have been good but whoever shucked them had no clue. The oysters were still stuck to the shells and there were pieces of shell in every single one. Turkey club was dry as a bone, wild boar sloppy joe tasted like canned manwich, and the dinner came out less than 5 minutes after the apps.

Great atmosphere, the food is also very good. This restaurant is surprisingly different from the city itself. It feels as if it were pulled out of another city. The truffle fries are great, beer selection is more than adequate and the full plates are great. The only area of improvement I can see is quality control from order to serve.

Absolutely horrible service...or should I say NO service!! We walked out without even getting a drink since after waiting approximately 10 minutes for the server to walk by and say shed be right with us, we waited another 5 or so minutes and left!! It wasnt even that busy, there was no wait.

Been here several times. The staff is friendly and the burgers are good. The larger plates are a bit pricy. My wife and enjoy sitting at the large bar in the center of the restaurant. They seem to have worked out the kinks since their recent opening. We will keep coming back.

Drinks, appetizer, main and dessert were stellar. Great service as well, and a cool laid back atmosphere. Not your average filled with 22 year olds pub. The meals had a lot of work put into them. They looked and tasted like art. First time here, will certainly come back!

Best burger around! Order the sirloin burger, you wont regret it! I dont know where they get their bacon, but its a delight on the burger. Great place to eat, sat out on the patio. Quite nice. Light breeze, nice and sunny but not being baked in direct sunlight.

Love the atmosphere and the music was fantastic. Had one of the best burgers (sirloin burger) I ever had. The rest of the menu is weird. Maybe trying to hard to be trendy. I highly recommend the burger and its an ideal date night venue. Ill be back.

Ordered two metro burger platers, calamari, and fried pickles. All of the food was terrible, served cold and greasy. We ordered our burger medium well and they were served burnt. Spent $45 on food that was horrible, we wont be coming back again.

The place was nice and clean and the interior looked well designed. All the servers I have had do a great job! The food tasted good but was priced pretty high. Its a nice place to visit but come prepared for the prices.

Service was very slow. ..food taste ok ...not enough food for the price had 4 different waiters .atmosphere is awesome ...decor was very nice...but the price is definitely to high for the amount of food served...

Nice atmosphere, but prepare to wait forever for service. Ordered a grilled cheese and chicken fingers for my grandchildren and a sandwich for myself, left after 30 minutes due to no interaction with wait staff

Had the most delicious sirloin burger. Bartender Mandy and Adam were very friendly and attentive. Played Survey Sez game. So much fun. Everbody joins in and I cant wait to go back. Game is every Tuesday.

Good place to get a drink and socialize but I was disappointed by the tuna appetizer and our entrees were less than par for such a high price. Definitely trying a burger next time.

Burger and roll were burnt. Sent back and got a new roll...with same burnt burger. Manager didnt want to comp, instead offered to make a new one and box up. Not OK!

Tendy hot spot in Middletown. Food was good but pretty pricey considering. They have good weekly drink specials definitely good for a modern food stop!

Beer selection is good, but the food quality leaves something to be desired. Also, the location is a bit hard to find it you dont know its there.
