Wing are OK and service is poor. I placed an online order for 2 20pc (traditional large) wings for $42. I pick my order up and when i get home i realize that i only received 20 wings. I went back to demand my correct order and looked at the to-go menu to find that they offer a 50pc wing for the same price, which isnt offered on the online menu. I would think that they would suggest it since it saves money. I requested the 50pc instead. They fixed my order but the manager didnt even acknowledge that i was inconvenienced nor did he apologize. Smh! My ordering from there will be limited.

The food and atmosphere is always good (but you can find that at ANY BWW). The service is far from "ok", and thats putting it nicely. Ive had more then one occasion in which I had a large group and received nasty attitudes and horrible service (including from the manager). It takes forever to receive your food and drinks and the waiters/waitresses dont seem to interested in trying to earn a good tip. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I go to the Wild Wings on route 40 in Glasgow when I have a night out with friends.

I would give zero stars if I could. Since reopening/remodeling this place has plummeted down hill very quickly. The service is extremely poor. The food has gone down hill. The management is unacceptable and rude. What used to be a place we would go to once or more a week has become a place to avoid. sad to say I will be choosing other locations in the future. I really hope that the management takes notice of this before things get too far gone. I have never been treated so rudely by management.

I have been to several BWW and this is my least favorite. Service was ok, the server seemed a step off. She was there when we didnt need her and MIA when we did. The food is consistent with other BWW and the place was starting to fill with March Madness fans. There are a ton of TVs so no worry there.

I give one star because I dont have the option of no stars. The staff is a bunch of idiots with attitude. And for once I would like to order something from there without it being wrong cold and disgusting. Absolutely the worse bdubs Ive ever gone to.

The service is usually very good here. The food however, is hit or miss. We once had wings that were totally raw in the middle and that experience has stuck with me for a long time. It makes me order other things from the menu because of that.

Ive been here a few times and have always found the food just okay for the money. The wings are good but not great, they have a good selection of beer, its just that Ive never found the price justified. Many big screen TVs if you like sports.

The food was good. Very tasty. But the staff was rude. Especially the manager. We tried to get the attention of a friend in the store. She rudely stopped us. A restaurant is a good restaurant when the food AND staff are good and friendly.

Its Buffalo wild wings! It is exactly what youd expect. Okay service, okay food. This location might be a bit above average, as it is typically very clean. Servers and bartenders are friendly and somewhat helpful for the most part.

Good food but terrible service. The waiters and waitresses stood around and talked took 10 minutes to get a straw. One easier kept making these faces while he was waiting on a table next to us. Our waitress was terrible!!!!

Our waiter was the one of the most polite and efficient waiter we could have asked for. The atmosphere was very comfortabe and gave you the feeling like you would almost like to hang out and chill there.
