I just discovered this place today. I love korean food and this happens to be 5 minutes away from my work. The place is clean and cozy, they do both traditional korean dishes and Korean BBQ. Actually, it is pretty cool - each table has an electric stove top on it! I have only ever seen the burners built into tables or the well for hot coals to rest in. Anyway, this place is great and Ill tell you why. The menu was large - offering many different of my favorite korean dishes! The staff is friendly and helpful. I asked to have a kimchi jiggae packed to go and the bag they gave me to leave was packed with the soup, the traditional side dishes they normally put on the table when you sit down to eat, and more kimchi! They did a great job and the soup was authentic and satisfying. Also my lunch was $8.00 for a nutrious healthy meal. Cant beat that! I will be going back and I also want to check out the Asian grocery store next door!

Its never happened before. We went here normally, this time disappointed me. i ordered Seafood pancake taste different with before, i dont like new style, also beef rice in hot stone, we talked to server twice because we think she didnt understand us, when food came, my dish is not in hot stone. So i told her and let her do it then i got a warm stone with not good taste.I dont want waste money, so i ate it all. We have 3 people, we want separate by 3 and use 2 cards. We figured out she swiped 1 card for twice when we got receipts. When she came back, my wife asked for a discount, she didnt say anything, then my wife asked again, she told us shes not owner. We will back there again to see if they get better. If they do i will change my rate.

Food was good . but we supposed to grill the food ourselves, which was the reason we went there. Ended up the lady came over and over again to cook all in hurry. We had to eat in hurry to catch up. And couldnt even enjoy the food and conversations . requested many times to leave us alone and stop her grilling. She didnt listen and ignored us and kept going . she said it was a busy night. The fact was no ppl were waiting for tables and there were empty tables. Seriously bad service.

Amazing food and service. We had the beef brisket and beef short ribs (marinated). I was surprised that a non marinated piece of brisket would take so good in their sesame salt/pepper oil. The Kim chee sample was also very delicious. Overall the restaurant experience was A+

Awesome spot here. The kalbi and bulgogi is awesome, their pancakes are wonderful, and their banchan is second to none. My only complaint would be that they have declined to give us a table with a grill several times.

Nice Korean place and quick lunch service. I had the spicy pork dolsot and liked it a lot. Ive also had the Bento boxes, which gives you a nice taste of a lot of different things.

Everything was awesome. The food is very authentic and flavorful its a must go. The only thing is the address is wrong. Its not 2011 kirkwood its 4309 kirkway hwy fyi.
