I came in on a Saturday afternoon (12/17/16), while there were maybe a dozen customers in the entire place, because everyone was busy holiday shopping in the mall. I sat down at the end of the bar and saw a pair of girls a few seats to my left and a middle-aged couple a few seats away to my right, across the corner of the bar. There was no one behind the bar. A few minutes passed and a man came out of the back kitchen, carrying appetizers over to the girls. He set them down, avoided eye contact with me, and walked past to take the credit card of the couple to my right. Then he had to bum a pen off a waitress who was out on in the dining area so the customer could sign. By now Id been there about ten minutes and this guy hadnt even said "hello", "Ill be with you in a moment", or so much as looked at me to acknowledge my presence. Needless to say, I got up and walked out, and Im never going back.

This isnt a full review, as I need to come here again. But I saw such potential here. All we got was beer and a pretzel. Their on-tap beer list is extensive and well rounded. There are also about 500 bottled varieties if you dont mind a bottle. All we had was a pretzel, but it was house made, as was the sauces. So good. Their food menu is like a siren calling me back. I need to go. Everything seems to be well chosen to go with a beer they carry. They seem to appreciate the idea of a full experience when you go there. Almost like you can learn something if beer is a new thing to you. I like that a lot. They appear to be just another place, but I dont think they are. I like this place. Prices arent cheap, but reasonable for the times today. I dont think anything was unreasonable. We had awesome outside seating by a fire and great service.

Came once and waited an hour for food. Tried a second time to see if it was a fluke. It was not. Yet again the service ruined what could have been a good night. Cold appetizers and I had to wait 30 min for the Bartender to run my card as he ignored us repeatably. Beer selection may be large but its not worth have to go through the worst customer service Ive ever had. Wont be dining here again.

It litteraly took the staff 22 min exactly to sit me down. Not one wait staff even payed any attention to us as they just kept walking by us. Then when they did finally sat me down it took another 15 min for a waiter to come up to me to ask about drinks. The service was horrible I wouldnt even give then a sencond chance the environment was horrible.

The huge selection of Beers on tap was my favorite thing. I loved sharing those huge Pretzels with people sitting near me at the bar. Im a social butterfly. The food was ok but they really knew their Beer. I loved the outdoor space. I always had awesome time sitting outside and the service outside was excellent.

My first experience there with a friend never was told it was last call but the hours said open til one but at 10:45 ask for another beer and the bar tender said "oh my manger said we closed" and basically kicked us paying customers out so first and last time wasnt treated like a customer more like nuisance

Pretty decent place if youre just looking for a decent bite and a nice big (and frequently rotating) beer list. They fall a little short on service times for large groups and their servers usually dont know the beers very well, which seems like something they should be good at.

Awesome beer when whomever behind the bar decides to buy local rarities which will happen lol. Food prices are too high and selection is limited as hell. Thats why Bar Louie is always swimming around as the symbiotic bar that it was ment to be.

Great service, great tots... Hostess was the most beautiful and friendly woman Ive ever seen...... why is she not behind the bar??? 10/10 will come back again and will brig friends too once shes serving drinks

Absolutely fantastic beer selection. Food was great. Had a few white wheat beers, draft beers and a margarita pizza. Live music was also very good! Would definitely recommend to others.

Went to watch the Stanley Cup finals. Took someone awhile to get to us, then told us the manager decided they were closing early and we had 5 mins to order something.

Cost me nearly 60 bucks for two people. One beer each, one entree each. Pretty pricey, but my goodness the food is excellent, as is the beer selection!

Great selection of beers but the flight prices are unreasonable. Expect around $60 per couple. Food and flight. Get a pint if you go.
