I was reluctant to try this restaurant based on Yelp reviews and plus never had high expectations for hotel restaurants, but I just came from a 3 hour drive from Manhattan and decided I was too tired and hungry to walk out of the hotel and be adventurous (not to mention it was a bit on the late side already). Ill just tell it as it is: it was a welcome meal after a long tiring drive. I didnt ge too fancy, and just went with a burger with fries, and a glass of wine. The burger was decent, and plus side is that you have plenty of options to make it the way you like it. The fries were also a generous portion, and were nice and large (albeit a little bit on the greasy side, no biggie). I most likely wont come here again, so probably wont get a chance to experiment with the other dishes. Im guessing you shouldnt try to order anything too fancy here, as I was quite content with my burger and fries (but I could be wrong). Staff was incredibly friendly, and my server checked on me occasionally. Best part, I can use the hotel wi-fi at my table. If youre a guest at the Hilton and have the time, give the place a try. It deserves a little bit better than the 2.5 star Yelp rating I saw at the time of this review.

My daughter and I were in town for a race, and stayed at the Hilton. After an exhausting day the M&M Bistro was convenient and had good casual prices. I got the French Onion soup which was excellent and a chicken sandwich that was exceptional. My daughter got the baked mac and cheese and a side of asparagus. The mac and cheese is under apps but this should also say small plates because it was almost dinner sized. It came out in a cast iron skillet with perfect baked bread crumbs, stringy cheese, and was excellent. The asparagus side was plentiful, large, and well seasoned. She ate every last spear. Service was very attentive with someone, who appeared to be a manager, making sure it was all flowing well. If she saw an empty glass and the server was busy she quickly refilled it. This place had some bad reviews but our experience was very good and if they had issues before, they certainly seemed resolved now. I wouldnt hesitate to go back.

awful service, and the food was standard at best! the service was so awful, I had to ask the host THREE TIMES for assistance and two of those times he just did it himself!! I NEVER leave a $-0- tip but tonight I did!! $13 worth of mediocre eggs! Im here for three days and wont eat here again. Owner needs to spend more time training staff and holding them accountable and less time responding to negative comments!!! Update - Today I had the kabob sandwich, it was off the hook - we had it delivered to a conference room and the lady was exceptionally nice and went back and got us real silverware and napkins.... nice recovery, changing my 1 star to a 3. the sandwich was exceptionally good and so were the fries!!

Please do yourself a favor and just stay away. It was a two hour ordeal to get dinner. We should have known what we were in for when the place was only quarter full and out of menus. Three of our dinners came out and 30 minutes later the last dinner , which was a simple wrap had finally arrived. The food was room temperature and bland. We were staying for a conference and as a result of the entire ordeal missed an entire session. We felt horrible for the waitress who was taking the brunt of the kitchens issues. A manager didnt even both to address the issues at the tables and left the waitress to fend for herself. Happy to pay for our first and last meal here, if were able to save someone else the same trouble.

We eat here just about every Saturday night during hockey season. The staff is very friendly. Weve never had a problem getting a table or getting served in time for our game. Im not sure if they still do it, but they used to offer parking validation for the attached garage. I love the chicken sandwich, house made chips and fresh-brewed iced tea. My husband likes the create your own pasta dish as well as the club sandwich. Weve brought many friends here and all have been equally pleased.

Me and my boyfriend ate here for breakfast..this was a bad place for us to have a nice breakfast..not only was the waitresses overly friendly...it seemed fake. The food was made within 15 mins..the 1st thing i noticed was the toast was burnt and the homefries was terrible. The eggs were old tasting..They need to get a new chef because the food is disgusting!!!!!!

We ordered the corned beef hash benedict for takeout. It was overpriced at $13 for the following reasons. The corned beef was deli meat quality full of gristle. The English muffin wasnt fully toasted and dry. The seasoning left a strange aftertaste. We will not be ordering from them again.

Bad service, was seated waited 20 mins host came to us asked if our order was taken we said no, he said he would send someone, 20 mins later he comes back and takes order. Finally 15 more mins go by we get our 3 cocktails. Did I mention we were the only customers on the patio.

Just checked it the Hilton today and decided to eat here since I was short on time. Our waitress was Laurie and she provided great service. I ordered the classic burger which was great. Looking forward to coming back during my 3 day stay.
