Ive had the saddest fast food experience today at Burger King in Meriden. When I drove up to pay and receive my meal I was told to drive up to the front of the building for our food, which I understand because they want a good drive thru time. 25 minutes later an employee came out with a bag in her hand and instantly returned to the building. So we gave it another 5 minutes and decided enough was enough. I entered inside the building to confront the employees and told them my situation. A lady who looked like the manager confronted me in disbelief and asked her employees if they gave us our food. Not only did the employee responded with an attitude, but lied directly in my face and said she served us the food. The manager then asked for my receipt which I then gave her. They took another 10 minutes to make my food, which they STILL missed a few items. Not one time have they apologized and tried to help me with coupons for their poor performance. They just handed me the bag and left in silence. This was poor service and I recommend not coming here. And this is coming from one who works in a restaurant that seeks the best for our customers and make sure we provide the service they expect. And if we make a mistake, we make sure we make it right and hand the costumers a free coupon in hope to have them return. Burger King in Meriden can learn a thing or two.

NOT EVEN ONE STAR. On October 20 - 2016 about 5:00 pm from drive thru I place order from coupon received in the mail. Total value $3.19 but lady at the window dropped one penny so I give her additional now total $3.20 Paid by two dollar bills and the change plus coupon. She instructed me to drive to the main entrance and wait there for my chicken nuggets and small fries. Long time nobody show up so I went inside to ask for my order and after longer waiting I ask what happened to my order so they ask for recept which was never given to me. If store have cameras they can see this situation plus in the car I been driving white camry. They started play stupid like they dont know what about so I lost temper and said" forget it "and I left home - this is only $3.20 They have sign: buses welcome! I want to see bus full of peoples pulling to this place. Please let me to know when so I show up with camcorder. Lazy, and stupid people I never show up again because after this opinion they can load my order with something bad. This is not first experience from this please - my advice: stay away from BK on the E. Main St. is not the same like the old one.

Been going there for 10 yrs. Never had a problem til last week with new management I guess. I had the BK app & I couldnt get the code due to it would not open for some reason. I was thru the car service, They were rude and I almost had to leave because they didnt want to put in the code they have in store. They never made me wait, when other management was there. This time, they even got upset that I asked them if they didnt have the code. Then the manager treated me as if I was stupid for not having the code after explaining it to her, that it was glitching and I never had a problem with management putting the code they had. She repeated to me again that I had to open the code from the app. Then said sorry, sarcastically. I dont really like McDs, But they are nice. BK, Its a shame that they get into attitudes with clients. Thats how they lose customers.

You know burger king has some of the best fast food in the industry. But the service here sucks. The are too busy gabbing, and playing games. I waited 10 minutes once while two employees had a conversation right in front of me. Plus they try to cheat their systems all the time. They force people through the fast food lane into the parking lot so that it looks like they are serving them quickly. Meanwhile you wait in the parking lot a good 5-15 minutes while they play games inside. Never go here if there is a line. Id rather go hungry then wait an hour for fast food.

Manager has the most TERRIBLE attitude .every single time i go there its ridiculously slow. I told her that i wanted no onions on my burger and i was told there are none , after explaining to her that i wanted to make sure she started to be rude immediately . I went inside to say something and was watching them make it and the manager blocked my view and started smirking and said thats not your burger they are making . Her actions made me very uncomfortable and i will be calling corporate .Also their sprite taste like dishwashing soap .

SKIP IT! SO SLOW! A bunch of lazy people work here. It doesnt matter if you go through the drive through or go in- it takes FOREVER to get your order. Fast food- such a lie! Nothing but a headache every time I visit. You wait forever, get your food- its ice cold and its incorrect. Dont waste your money here.

Why cant they ever have sweet tea already prepared? To hand a customer a couple packages of sugar or mix a sugar solution in a cup is ridiculous when they already have 2 canisters labeled One unsweetened and second one sweetened LAZY! MCDONALDS ALWAYS HAS SWEET ALREADY MADE...

The people who took our orders were very efficient and I special ordered most of my items and it was a large order and everything was completed exactly as I asked them to make it which doesnt always happen when I order at fast food restaurants.

There is no rating for this location too many times have I gone there and everytime my order is wrong cuz I dont get the full order. Everytime I call and complain all I get told is just to come back and get it. This is unacceptable.

The chicken tenders were dried out and tasted very old. I also had a cup of ice cream. Within an hour I was sick as a dog. I had the runs for hours. I will be reporting this to the state and the corporate office.

Always slow and have attitudes, most of the time my order is completely wrong and when asked to make it right they give a attitude!! I try to avoid going here as much as possible!
