This is, by far, the worst store in the area. I live less than a 1/2 mile from this one and yet would rather drive all the way to Cromwell than suffer the horrible product that comes from this location. They have made attempts to improve their customer service over the last 6 mths or so, which has resulted in some more accurate orders. But the quality of the items in terms of portion size and freshness, etc, still has a long way to go. The pricing around here is also a disappointment (ex. The new grilled Stuft Nacho advertises on TV for $1.29...Massachusetts charges $1.59...go to the Berlin Tnpk and pay $1.89 with very little "Stuft" included) The last time I ordered through the drive thru, I was not asked about "any sauces?" but simply handed the bag and a "Thank you". I had to ask for sauce AND napkins. Dont go to this store, its worth driving to a different location.

We got there a little after 10pm to the drive thru. First of all, the woman was trying to rush us. Every other second it was "Is that all?" "Would that complete your order?" REPEATEDLY. The menu said that Cantina items were sold 11am-11pm, so I ordered a Cantina burrito and am told that they stop selling Cantina items at 10. Immediately she says "Will that complete your order?". As Im trying to figure out what to order I hear " Is that all?". When we get to the window my husband mentions that the menu had Cantina items sold until 11pm and the woman says you should know by now that we stop selling Cantina at 10pm. We rarely go to Taco Bell but I guarantee we will NOT be returning here!

I have been going to this Taco Bell for years and give it 5 stars. Food quality is always good and the service is excellent. They always seem to have the most courteous and friendly people staffing this place and the few times they got the order wrong were quick to correct it by replacing the item and giving me the oops one for free.

Like every Taco Bell Ive ever been too these guys mess up orders every single time. A good friend of mine loves Taco Bell so Ive been dragged to this place a lot and a swear to God every single time they screw up our orders whether in store or drive-through. Aside from that food is decent what you would expect from a fast food place.

This taco bells takes FOREVER! I hate coming to this one. Its close to my parents house so sometimes I come to this one. Every time I do, they take a long time just to get my order done. When in the drive through, I ask for sauce, they only give me 2, even when I buy 3 tacos, they only give me 2 packets.

This taco bell always has their food on point. But it sucks because I live closer to other ones in Hartford, so its a stretch of a drive. But totally worth it especially when the service is quick the food is hot, and the rice is never hard. Best Taco Bell in Greater Hartford.

Average taco bell, nice dining area and reasonably fast service. Easy access off of the Berlin Tpke. The parking lot is small and the drive through area has some tight maneuvering so I wouldnt recommend trying to pull through with a trailer, or large commercial vehicle.

Today my husband got food here. He order himself a # 1 . Order me a Toco Salad. I was impressed by the fact that the had the Salad in a box and it was made well and neat. Good job! Normally it is hit or miss .

Fast service and a clean lobby, but the taco assembly tends to be haphazard and sloppy. The Apple soda is my favorite and you cant get it from a soda fountain anywhere else!
