This place is lucky if I even gave them a 1 star. This place is so nasty! Bacon was burned, fries were cold. I ordered a triple decker, and the WHOLE SANDWHICH WAS SPREAD WITH ALOT I MEAN ALOT OF MAYO! Bread was soggy. My co workers order was in correct so he called back to speak to someone and the "owner or so called manager" told him its our fault for not knowing how to place a order. And we were stupid. The prices are pretty expensive. They give you a lot, but its a LOT OF BAD FOOD, the owner told my co worker to go down there and he will shove the food up his ass, and told us he will spit in our food if we ever order from there. I would not be surprised if the health Inspection would give them a visit. VERY unprofessional. DO not order from here. NOT WORTH 1 PENNY AT ALL.

This place is awful and avoid at all cost. Ordered a small cheese pizza and a salad at 9 45 p.m. on a Sunday (they close at 11) and didnt get the food until 11 10. The driver got here and instead of coming do the door, they call and sit in their car on street. After 7 minutes, and repeated attempts to come to the door to show tho driver where I am, they flick the lights and make me, (the customer) walk out and get my food. We open the pizza box and of course everything is cold and the salad dressing looks like someone poured the left over fryer grease into a cup. If I could give this place a zero I would. Please avoid at all cost.

I made an order for $65 dollars. Tip for $10. I ordered spaghetti and sausage and it came with melted cheese on it. I am lactose intolerant so I cant eat it. I called and explained that I didnt want cheese on the spaghetti. I asked if they can either replace the meal or refund that specific order. The manager said no they will not do it. I have to purchase another meal. I will never order from A-1 again. Nor will anyone from my family will order from them. If your lactose intolerant please dont give them any satisfaction of taking your money.

Their food is beyond NASTY....it definitely matches their Customer Service..my chicken wings were fried tooooooooo hard...I asked for fried hard...not old and hard...smellling like they were cooked in old grease...the prices on their menu is totally different from what they charge...PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to your receipt....when they mess up on your order...they dont show any concern or remorse when you address it with them....I would not allow my dog to eat from this place...DO BETTER!!! CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!!!...They all set on my money!!!

First time ordering from this place NEVER AGAIN. First off the prices I was given over the phone were completely different from the menu prices. I ordered lunch for my co-workers and I, one of us ordered the cheeseburger w fries and never got the order of french fries. My co-worker politely called back to inform that he did not get his complete order. Guy from the restaurant then calls me "the dumb girl who ordered" Beyond rude! Unprofessional and money hungry people!

If you like getting attitudes and very slow service then order from A1. They called me once at 7:05 and I missed the call, called right back and was told they called numerous times and I would have to wait an additional 15 minutes even though it was only 7:08. To top it off I was given an attitude and cursed at by the delivery man because I didnt want the pizza anymore. They are terrible and rude with no clue of customer service.

The BEST italian food in Hartford and West Hartford. Their quesadillas are delicious, their garlic bread is amazing, and their fried dough is one of the best I have ever had. They also have a HUGE menu with a gigantic variety at really reasonable prices. I have ordered from this place twice in the past 3 days, and I will continue to order from here. My new favorite pizza / italian place in my area, hands down.

This is pizza place is amazing . Me and my whole family come here on a regular basis. The driver doesnt come to the door , but that is understanble due to the history of the driver , and honestly I dont mind. Ive tried so many pizza places but nothing compares to A-1. Escpecially their salads are always fresh and delicious.

This is the best pizza place ever!!! Stop wasting money at these other so called "fast food" places and lets start spend our money in places like this, that provide home-like convince, excellent service, and amazing food to top it all off. My daughter loves their well done BBQ wings!

My first and my very last time ordering food. Fried Calamari and Fried Ravioli was horrible. The oil had and old taste to it, the Calamari had a freezer burn taste. I will never reccomend this place too anyone. The managers attitude is outrageous. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Best pizza ever! My girlfriend and I had just moved up here from New Jersey, although they had some good pizza, A1 has mouthwatering pizzas. They have many choices of food, all in all great place to order for the evening hunger.

Something is up with their bacon on their sandwiches. Could be low quality choice. On multiple occasions Ive had a wrap or BLT and the bacon is very stringy and doesnt separate. It makes for a frustrating eating experience.

Im so in love with the pollo pizza... 8yrs ago I was pregnant with my daughter and this was the only kind of pizza I ate..and till this day I order the pollo pizza from A-1 pizza...they are so good!!

Terrible food. I got pizza and wings and had food poisoning just two days ago I ordered wings and a wrap to give an other chance and I got food poisoning again and the food tasted disgusting

A1 Pizza has the BEST pizza in Hartford anything you order is always delicious!!! I highly recommend this restaurant. if you like Greek style pizza this is the place to eat or order.
