Terrible terrible horrible crazy and rude service from the owner himself. He was so rude he hung up on me because I asked to change my order . I called Sunday June 18, 2017. I was at work ordering a grinder and fries. The order was just short of $10 so I asked him to make it curly fries instead for delivery has to be ten minimum. He told me my total was 15 dollars. I order the lunch special which was a grinder fries and a soda for 9$, I didnt know I would be charged $5 bucks for curly fries. I asked him to take the curly fries off and I would have added a can of soda for it to be $10 for delivery. He got so angry and told me to call somewhere else. I tried to get him to understand I wasnt trying to be difficult I just didnt want to pay 15 dollars. It was too much. Im a student and Im working only part time. Every penny I can saver I will. Buy the owner hung up the phone on me. I tried to call back and get him to calm down he proceeded to call me crazy because I asked for his name. He said if I want it to come and get it. So I left on a lunch break to drive there and see if I could get someone else to help me. But when the cook and driver tried to help me he yelled and told them go back to what they were doing. He refused to give me his name or the cooperate phone number. I would normally never take time out of my day to do this but I am hoping people read this and he looses business. This man has done this to me on a separate occasions. A few months ago I called the restaurant and asked to place an order he told me the cook was not in and he hung on me. This is beyond unprofessional and its unnecessary. If you run a business you cant just treat people however you feel like it or just because they want to change the order based on the price. The pizza places have some very stressful businesses and most people are going to go somewhere else if the service is bad at one location. I rest my case.

Bad business. We ordered $200 worth of pizza for a birthday last weekend. He wanted me to give a card when I ordered, so I gave him the one I had, then called back a day or two later and gave them a different card to put it on and asked for them to take the other one off. Guess which card they charged!? Yup, the wrong one! This isnt like a $25 order...they should make sure they are following instructions on such a large order. I called back and he was unapologetic and said, "theres nothing I can do now". Not even a "sorry". He messed up simple but important instructions. At least say youre sorry. Customer service means nothing to him. The other problem is that I asked how many people/slices a party pizza was and he said it only fed about 6 adults with 24 small square slices. That pizza could easily feed 12 adults. I did not need to spend that much money and he knew that. He purposely exaggerated so he could take more of my money. Aside from whoever I spoke to who is not very good at running a business, I am giving two stars instead of one because the actual pizza wasnt horrible.

"Best" pizza has the "WORST" customer service. After waiting an hour for my food I called to check in the status of the delivery. The gentleman that answered spoke so fast I couldnt understand him. He told me he was too busy for my order and to cancel it. I asked him why he couldnt call me to tell me and he kept telling me he was too busy, no delivery driver tonight. Since I placed the order online I called the online customer service they informed me to contact the seller for a refund since it already processed. When I called "Best" pizza back the guy refused to help me and refund me my money claiming they didnt have my money and I wasnt their customer. They clearly did have my order since they confirmed my order and my address and The transaction had already posted to my account. I tried to tell them that it was processed and the gentleman told me to contact the 3rd party, I again tried to explain what I was advised but he continued to cut me off and told me not to call him back. I didnt get my $45 back.

Terrible service,slow delivery and way to expensive! When I called my order in the guy who answered the phone clearly did not know how to take an order because it took him 10 minutes for two items, then he had to get someone else who was able to enter my card number in. Then he was going to hang up and I had to tell him my name still. then finally the food gets here and the guy left it at the front desk at my work place and took off without getting a signature for it.. I finally find out my foods up there And go to get it and its cold cause no one knew whos it was since the guy completely butchered my name. And I look at the reciept he left there and they charged me $16.00 for a calzone when there menu says $7.99 plus $1.50 each topping all I got extra in it was chicken. Shouldnt it be $9.50? Then I call and the guy says oh yours was special it costs more! "Next time you order Ill take care of you" trust me I won't be ordering from there again

Ordered online. Medium cheese pizza side of garlic sauce $11.38 . Go to pick it up, they made a garlic cheese pizza......they asked me 4x, "medium cheese side of garlic??" Yes...medium cheese side of garlic. "Oh they made it wrong...we make new one".So I wait for the new pizza...they didnt offer a free soda for my troubles or anything. Waited another 10min for my cheese pizza. They charged me $12.75...i said online it said $11.38. "Well thats because you pay with card and its a $1 charge." How does that even equal $12.75?!? I just said thank you, paid for my pizza, and left because I had enough. Im not going to argue with people. Sorry, but never going back there again, waste of time and money. Oh and the garlic "sauce" is only oil and garlic mixed together. Not even sauce. Save your money guys.

They have the best gluten free pie in the area (though Ive had better) and their delivery times are usually right on point. I order with them through GrubHub and have only had an issue once when they happened to run out of gluten free crusts that day. They do make a great party size pie. We ordered three a few months ago and they were delivered hot and my guests loved it!

Ordered many times from them. Food is good. Not perfect but sometimes they can surprise you. The ordering process is another story. Beside the point they are hard to understand, their phone system is like from 1980s -very static which makes even harder to communicate. Probably that would explains mixed orders in others reviews. :-)

Really bad customer service. Theres this guy with glasses who literally started making fun of make haircut for no good reason. He also said that he will give me money to cut my hair. I was with a group friends and literally wanted to hit him. Honestly no matters for this place and they take so long with there pizza to.
