If I could give it a 0 thats what they would get. I experienced the worst customer service ever at this place! Ordered and had food delivered to our home the driver did not want to get out of the car and kept insisting for me to walk out to him I refused so he walked up to the door complaining the whole time stating that they dont walk up to peoples doors because "thats how people get robbed!" If Im not mistaken when you order delivery they are supposed to deliver and walk up to your door. I tried calling the store and asked to speak to a manager. I clearly heard the girl that answered the phone tell the manager that there was a customer on the phone that wanted to speak to him and give a complaint on one of the drivers for being extremely rude and disrespectful. I heard the manager telling her to say that he wasnt available and take a message. I explained to her the situation and told her that I clearly heard him saying that and not wanting to speak to me. this by far has been the worst customer service Ive ever received their food isnt even that great always questionable not knowing if youre going to find anything unexpected in your food. The people that work there are extremely rude and dirty and disgusting. honestly dont know how this place has been open so long. They will not get another dollar from me or anyone in my family!

I find their pizza to be mediocre. The delivery service is awful. I live in a high rise building and every other delivery restaurant comes into the building and up the elevator to the apartment door to deliver the food. At their best, Campus Pizzas delivery drivers make me come down to the lobby. However, on the most recent occasion (when it was raining heavily), they refused to leave their cars and I had to go outside to the road to get the food. The whole point of getting delivery is so that I dont need to leave my apartment!!

Campus Pizza is a economic phenomenon. I dont understand how a services oriented business can be so overpriced for their low quality products, so unfriendly to their customers and so disgusting to enter and still stay in business. If you ever have the choice of going hungry one night in hartford or getting campus pizza, choose to starve.

I ordered large cheese with extra cheese. $17.00?? Then, the pizza looks like almost medium. What a rip off. They did not put extra cheese on it. I WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO A FIRE IN THE APARTMENT ABOVE The Best Pizza in Hartford. Fast Friendly service, Great Greek style pizza, awesome grinders AND the only place that stayed open when the state was shut down for the last winter storm. This is where we get our weekly "treat" and they have never disappointed.

I bought an order of lasagna and it looked nothing like lasagna Im accustomed to eating... Mini lasagna pasta in a meat sauce?...Cmon now - plus its expensive and tasted plain. Its mostly aimed toward the rich college kids, but still, shouldnt it be better quality?... Closed, due to fire, but rebuilding.

Absolutely horrible that place has lost its touch. The food is now horrible and the prices are higher. Unprofessional and unsanitary doesnt even begin to describe the staff including the owner and the environment. If I could give it negative stars I would! Sad it use to be one of my favorite spots!

I once rated this Pizza joint a 1 Star but recently Campus Pizza has been escalating stars with fair costumer service and now the pies are hot and steamy and super cheesy and greasy deliciousness. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Horrible customer service, very rude guy. Pizza got he in 25 minutes for a small, it was very thin. Didnt receive my soda & at that I got over charged for a small cheese pizza. Smh. Never ordering here again.

Late night eats! Open till 3am usually. Try the hot wings. They come with garlic bread and salad. They are crispy and spicy, not covered with buffalo sauce like traditional hot wings!
