The food wasnt terrible but I would never go there again. Ive ordered there twice. The first time I ordered food but, forgot to order a drink. I called back right away and asked to add a soda and the person who picked up was so rude and started mimicking my voice because I am soft spoken. I kept calm and still gave a tip. Today, Ive had it with them. I ordered calamari and a cheese slice of pizza for delivery. They delivered calamari with cheese fries. I called and said my order was wrong and the man who picked up was rude again and didnt want to swap out the fries for the cheese slice that I ordered. This business has hired a a bunch young boys all in their 20s who do not have any type of etiquette. Rude and unprofessional. No type of customer service.

I wanted to try this place out since i did hear a couple of good reviews. Well i ordered a small pizza to go and watched how they made it and looked around the place as well. The man making the pizza did not where gloves! Not only that as i came home and looked at the pizza there was a hair inside the dough . Very disgusting and not only that but they have a bar so close to where people eat and not a place for young kids to go. I would never go there again and i did not eat the pizza as i saw the way things are made and the kitchen was just nasty. Dont know how this place has stayed open for so long but the health department needs to be called ASAP!

I love this place. It is true that sometimes the food takes a while, but its worth it. Ive mostly gone in the evening, and the waitresses are awesome. I went once during the day, and found the service a bit less satisfactory. The man who helped us had no clue what was on tap and brought us the wrong beer on multiple occasions, but it all worked out in the end, and the food was still great. Id recommend going later in the day. Just remember that good food sometimes takes a little longer. Try the fries with cheese, bacon, and jalepenos. Very bad for you, and very delicious!

Never AGAIN!!! so me and my hubby ordered a medium pizza with 3 toppings! The guy on the phone said $13.75 and we paid with a debit card! Thinking that was the total!! The delivery man came and dropped off are pizza giving us a receipt thats says $16.75??? Which is for a large pizza! Charging more to my account! Never told me why they charged me more! This place is crappy and money hunger!!! I call the place back and ask them why charge me so much?? Dont ever eat from this place!

Literally the worst service and pizza Ive ever had! We ordered delivery, they said it would be 30-40 mins. After 1hr we called, they said it went out for delivery. Another 15min went by called again. They said they didnt know where it was. After 1hr 40min the pizza arrives. Absolutely no sauce and doused in garlic. If I wanted garlic bread I wouldve gotten the frozen loaf from stop & shop and cooked it myself in 15mins. Horrible.

They are trash. They customer service is trash. They only want money and dont care about the service they provide. I placed an order. They took over an hour to come and it was just a burger with fries. Then I cancelled my order and never wanted to return the money. They kept hanging up on me and tell me manager was coming in and to call back, but when I do, the manager still never makes it in. They are thieves

South Whitney was my go to for Pizza until this evening. While paying for my food I observed the cooks making pizza without washing their hands OR taking the 2 seconds it takes to put on gloves if washing hands is too much of a commitment. Aside from not having healthy hygene habits, Ive also found hair on my crust. Save your money or go elsewhere unless youre into that type of thing. Gross!

I called back half an hour after placing an order for a medium pepperoni pizza and a Pepsi, and asked if I could add bread and I STARTED to ask if I could get a dipping sauce on the side, but this bastard thinks its ok to just interrupt, not let me finish and just say that my order is already on the way. Then hangs up the phone. Never again!!!! Unprofessional and uncalled for!!

South Whitney Pizza is run by people who care nothing about their customers and have no concept of customer service. I just had a really horrible experience with them involving one of their own coupons which they would not honor! They have lost my business forever. I will never go back there and I will discourage anyone from ever going there.

I ordered a crispy chicken salad and they literally cut up a chicken patty they also sent me a canned soda with a big slit so it was all in the bag was only able to drink a little under a 1/2. 04/26/16 so I ordered a boneless chicken wings buffalo and a Pepsi and did not receive wings with the bone in and the buffalo sauce on the side

Worst customer service ever. They cashier would barely do anything and does it with an attitude you have to guess everything and hope you got the right order because they wont even tell you that. Food was decent . Worst pizza place I have ever been at. Would never go back and definitely do not recommend. Dont even waster your time.

Horrible service. I ordered last week online. Said it would be 30 min 2 hours later I had to call they didnt even place my order. Gave them another chance today said it would be 30 to 45 and again over an hr mind Im right down the street!! Plus you cant even understand them nor do they know whats on their own menu.

They got part of the order wrong. Wanted bread sticks and got cheese fries instead. The pizza was right, but the chicken was hard and burnt. Bacon was not much better. Needless to say it was not very good! And it took 45 minutes for them to deliver it and they were only 1.1 miles away.

Very nice guys and the food is excellent!!! Its so good. You leave satisfied and you can even develop some new friends because the workers are so friendly. A must go if you want some quality food and great service. Very quiet also.

this pizza place is very rude after you pay for you food they are disrespectful and nasty! the shop itself is very dirty looking and no one wears gloves while preparing food its sickening! DONT NOT ORDER FROM HERE! DISGUSTING!!!
