Okay, Ive traveled a lot and have been to some dives but this place sucks all around. I had the combination fried rice, you cant screw up fried rice, these guys did, only worse. Rice thats previously dipped in soy sauce with already cooked pieces of meat, not stirred together and not a bit of vegetables. WTF!? Frozen fried rice from Safeway tastes better. Oh yeah, charged me 9 bucks for that crap. Friend of mine had General Tsos chicken, evenly as bad. Limp and It would of been nice if they would of cooked the broccoli instead of just dripping some anemic sauce on it. The saving grace would have been to at least have Spiracha hot sauce. Nope, a packeted watered down, vinegar-ed chinese version of tabasco, WTF!?, had chinese writing on it. Why did I end up at the nasty Chinese place?, well thank God I fly out of Hartford tomorrow and never get stuck at the Holiday inn express near Brainard airport with the fat guy behind the counter giving me suggestions.

I ordered from this place after reading the reviews. I had a simple order and gave them my debit card #. They told me 30 mins. An hour later I called and the man very rudely told me he tried to call me that my card was "no good" I said "what?" And he said "declined! Your card declined!" So I told him I'd pay in cash and he hung up. I called my card to find out I had plenty of money left and then called the place back. I told him he probably put it as credit not debit and he told me "you better pay cash" so I said fine and they delivered. The food was okay probably a C+. Nothing special and the customer service made me completely turned off from this place

I ordered a very large order and I didnt get my red dipping sauce for my crab rangoon or my fried plantains. the crab rangoon is supposed to automatically come with the red dipping sauce. they had me waiting over 2 hours for it and then decided to tell me that they were too busy and didnt want to do it then I was hung up on now I keep calling to get my money back for the crab rangoon or for them to come and pick it up and they are flat-out ignoring me I will never again order from this Chinese restaurant I was a valued customer and I used to order from them all the time not anymore I did not appreciate being disrespected and hung up on

I ordered from China house twice and first time it was so good, also the man on the phone was so nice and very helpful. The second time different man was taking my ordered , but when my food came there was a item missing, so I call and different man was rude and hung up the phone. I call back and are finally he told me to pick the food up . or have it delivered at eleven. I was furious. After 15 mi the door bell rang and they sent double of the missing order. I thought that was nice. So I will order again from them. Today is 8/19/17

Ive been customer for years they wore good now they suck big time my sister found a fried roach in her fried chicken place is durty there rude specially the young guy who thinks ur stuped i ordered a combo one day then i ordered it again the following day he tried charging me 7 dollars extra then he trinna argue that it is that price i told him u gave me the price in person he sed no not me ur leying i argued back to him and cncelled the order havent been there ever sense

Food was horrible. I must have been the first customer of the day because what they gave me was clearly from the day before (or even earlier.) The chicken was discolored and the eggroll had been fried at least 3 times. it was so dry on the inside, I scooped out the inside and at the wrapper. Also a bad idea. Im sick right now and to top it off- it was 9 bucks down the drain. It doesnt hurt to give the customer fresh food, does it? Never again.

These people reheat their food I order some pork fried rice n I kid you not it had a roach....I told them I wanted something else n they brought me another batch of rice I could tell it came from the same rice they had given me before. I got my money back n dont buy anything from them unless is fried.

I ordered Beef Mei fun and the beef was so over cooked... And one hour later after eating... I had an excruciating migraine and shortly after that stomach issues... I got food poisoning smh... I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want over cooked probly old food with tons of MSG.

Very rude people. I ordered lobster fried rice. Got pork fried rice. Called to ask if they can send someone to bring me my right order. I was told to come and get it my self. Worst customer service ever. Never again will I order from here. Plus the rice is hard as F@#k.

Food wasnt good.. General tso was hard and dry so was the boneless spareribs. Rice was over cooked and the 2Liter soda was flat. Dont recommend this place at all. Wasnt worth any of my $$$
