A few years ago there was a similar problem with the filthy state of the restrooms in this particular restaurant. Perhaps many people besides myself wrote to the Corp. offices to complain, because within a few months the problem had been resolved. Sadly, its back. This past Sunday I was in the restaurant and had to use the ladies room. It was 10 AM, not at all busy, so there was no excuse for what I saw there. First of all, flies sitting on the toilet seat in the handicap stall. Then I found to my disgust that there was NO soap and NO paper towels. My husband reported that the mens room was just as bad...maybe worse...as the sink was not even operational. That means NO water. Employees are supposed to be washing their hands after using the rest rooms? How can they when there is no soap or paper towels, or even water? What an appetite spoiler! Im beyond disgusted.

The bathrooms are run down and disgusting, when I first walked in I see one of the workers picking their nose and not washing their hands. When ever you recieved food there its always cold.customer service is awful . Truthfully Im surprised that Burger King isnt closed since its very dirty.If its suppose to be new management, than why havent any changes have been made..they should just close their doors.

Burger King in Westfield has caught a bad rap. Theyve stepped their game up within the past couple years. Its not the same grimey burger joint it used to be, but dont go in there expecting a hostess to escort you to a dinner table with a fancy centerpiece either.

The burgers are excellent but everything that has to be deep-fried has some disgusting taste because they dont change the oil often as they should and tastes combine and that is NOT good, not only that but its anti- hygienic

This place is really gross. Trash everywhere. Opened packets of sauce before you can open it. And the place looks like its stuck in the year 1953.
