What happens when you hire only unmotivated ghetto mentality clowns?...you get this Popeyes. They told me it would be a "few" minutes in the drive thru. Ok, no problem, Im a patient person. There was ONlY ONE other car ahead of me in drive thru btw, and NOBODY in restaurant area. 15 minutes later, still no order. I went in to use bathroom, assuming, surely that the order would be ready when I got out. LMAO, nooooope. Now its 20 min, and still no progress. They offered me a free apple pie for the wait. Sorry, nowhere near good enough. Refund time, they even f**ked that up. First, she tells me they cant refund Discover credit card, and than gives me only a percentage back in cash...telling me she charged for the drink. Wow, was going to give me a free apple pie, but not the drink for inconvenience. LMAO even harder at this point in my head. Had to go back out to car, and bring drink back in. Math not really on the top 10 of life skills either, because only gave me back 37 cents of the 91 cents owed. Had to wait a bit longer for that too. If there was a playbook on how to fail miserably at management/running a fast food joint, this Popeyes should write it.

Chicken is usually very good. I have on occasion found pieces unidentifiable, like a back bone or whatever. I personally dont think this should ching as a piece. The biggest reason is the price, also the reason for only 3 stars. Even with a coupon it averages closer to two dollars per piece when you factor in the three sides and biscuits. For potatoes, macaroni, flour and water, it is hard to part with my money more often. I do however get that urge for their chicken and cough up the bucks. The inside is always spotless. Parking is ample enough. Staff, except for one, probably the manager, appears to change regularly. Dont pass it up if your in the mood for fried chicken and you just got paid!

Everytime we come here were ALWAYS HAPPY! NEVER EVER EVER have I had a bad experience. One fast food joint I could say does their job.... With GUSTO! Always friendly! Always on point with service and quality! The only gripe I have with Popeyes is their childrens menu is a bit skimpy but otherwise TOP NOTCH ACROSS THE BOARD!

Your staff screwed up our order, and when we wanted the missing chicken we ordered, Beonca greeted us rudely, and was very unfriendly. I love Popeyes but this location sucks.

This worker by the name of Adam was very rude to me in drive-thru and gave me a drink without a lid. I also asked for sweet heat sauce and never got any? This is outrageous!
