For as long as I can remember when you buy chicken only (not a meal) it always came with a biscuit. I went to this KFC and ordered an extra crispy breast. As I was watching the lady fix my food, she didnt add a biscuit, I then said "excuse me miss you forgot my the biscuit" she then said "Oh you didnt ask for one" (me) "biscuits come with chicken" (her) "no they dont I have to charge you" I then asked her if she was new, she said no. I went on and on with her about this and she kept telling me I was wrong. So I walked out. This KFC is nightmare, you think she would have just given me a biscuit for customer purposes, but no she had a hard on to charge me. Never going there again and it was dirty

employees do not know how to treat customers well ....if I go to a place and the food was bad but they treat me good I may come back but if the food was good but this people dont know how to work with the costumers Im not coming never again in my life!!!!!
