Horrible customer service and food. When I walked in and ordered the employee at the register gave me attitude. I had to wait ten minute for my food. The soda machine wasnt working, there was no ice and the soda tasted like ice melted in it. I went up to the same employee and asked if I could get a lemonade instead, she said shell go get it. When she came back she told me I had to pay. I told her that the soda was bad and thats why I asked for a lemonade, but she still didnt care and told me I had to pay. She told me the soda machine was broken and I said obviously I didnt know that. I didnt pay and got the lemonade, but it was a horrible experience. To make things worse I was sitting down eating with my friend and the staff turned off the light at 10:01, which was very rude. If I was white this wouldnt have happened. It was my first time there and Ill never go back. Im convinced that the staff was racist.

First they close at 9 not 10 like it Says here and also pay attention to what they are charging you for Cuz I ordered a 5 dollar fill up box with 2 extra orders of biscuits which is usually 7 bucks and some change but the last few times it came up to 12 and then when you say something about it, they tell you they can not give you your money back. All I have to say is wow, hire some more 15 year Olds that does not know math.

Worst food expierence of my life from KFC in Essex. I ordered a few popcorn snack boxes to open them and find them with soggy wedges and dry chicken also Ive been to the KFC on shelburne rd and they hook you up with your snack boxes combos but in Essex they skimp you so bad its not even worth $2.00 . A complete joke

Worst kfc in Vermont. Chicken and fries are always to dry and never fresh. Most of the people that work here are not very nice. In my opinion, the kfc in Berry/ Montpilier VT is the best one! I always had great experience their. But the essex one is the worst of them all.

First I waited over 20 minutes to get waited on - girl behind counter having "words" with co-worker, no dark meat chicken for 20-30 minutes, I ordered 2, 3 piece meals, got home I received 2-2 piece meals. Was charged for 3-piece meals. My last trip to Kentucky Fried.

several times did not get what i ordered and paid for...last time there pd extra for all white meat in 3 pc meal...got two and one unrecognizable piece which was literally two bones...disappointed and done with KFC in Essex VT

Cashier was playing with her nose ring then got our food without washing her hands. The manager left the dust pan right in the middle of the floor and I didnt see it because I was carrying our tray and I almost tripped.

Its KFC... Acceptable in a pinch. Last night was 1 of maybe 2 visits Ill make all year. Its not bad food, its okay food...if nothing else its consistent and it meets the expectation.

My chicken wasnt very fresh and was missing most of the skin. It didnt look good and was very fatty. Second time that this happens. There was some pink in the meat.

The new Nashville chicken is great! Customer service at this location is very friendly. The even newer Georgia Gold chicken is scrumptious as well!

About as good as a KFC can be. Inside is kind of dirty. Staff are usually nice. Service is pretty quick, though they sometimes mess up orders.
