Arrived mid afternoon to find no line and three employees. Ordered a spiced chicken poboy which somehow ended up taking 12 minutes to prepare. Even drying fresh tenders should have only taken 4 minutes. Probably didnt help that the manager took a break, and was sure to make her own food while I waited. At least the food tastes good when I finally got it.

They open at 10AM. I arrived at 930 Am after working a Night shift. Informed associates that I would be purchasing one dozen biscuits. One associate ask the manager if she could get the biscuits and the Manager declined and states that I had to wait until10am. So at 10am exactly I was allowed to complete the purchase.

This is the 3rd time Ive had problems with this location not having enough food to supply my order. I love the quality of the food, however it is not worth my effort to go here anymore when it is a crap shoot determining if they can fill my order.

Its in a TA so I expected better. Food is what you would expect for fast food but the place was a mess with trash all over and bins overflowing even though its almost empty of customers at this moment.

This Popeyes is in a TA station and beside a movie theater, so its very busy. However, the staff is friendly and the food is good. A good place to stop when traveling through CT on 84.

Prices are higher at this one!! Beware!! Seems like theres no management around just a bunch of kids running the place. So service was lacking. And got the order wrong
