I have been to alot of Chick-fil-A restaurants over the years. I recently moved from another state where they are very popular. Every one I have ever been to was awesome, you can tell Chick-fil-A prides themselves on customer service. Then, I visited the one in North Haven yesterday, so sad. After a few moments of being in there I thought I was in a McDonalds. The floor was not clean, the tables were not clean, and I waited in line way too long. The employees really didnt seem to care and thats not the Chick-fil-A way. Its so sad to see them give such a good place a bad name. I will never, nor my family, visit this restaurant again. The manager needs to be fired.

Cold food not once but twice and I bring it back and I questioned by the manager that it feels warm. Then proceeds to touch it and tell me its fine or would I like a refund.....no I want my food so I can see a movie. Well I watched them make it sir .....so did I and I watched it sit on the counter 5 minutes before it got brought over for the second time. You dont argue with your customers if the food isnt right just fix it dont touch it and then say its fine. Why make a customer feel like they are a liar I am a district manager myself and wouldnt handle a customer with such poor service.

The food here is really good, I had a grilled chicken sandwich. The staff was professional and knowledgeable about the food, and helpful too. There is a play place for the little kids after theyre through eating, and the place we visited was clean. The one thing I didnt like was the prices, theyre quite high. I would suggest if youre ever in North Haven CT, visit this store and take in a movie at the Cinemark behind the store.

Very nice people at the counter! However, in this age, restaurant workers should not need 4 people to determine whether the wrap part of a wrap is wheat or rice based. Nor should they look at me like I am crazy for wanting to know. I settled on a very yummy serving of grilled chicken. I felt the serving size was pretty small for the $, but the flavor was excellent, and there was no gluten, so I guess it was a wash.

JUST LEFT RESTAURANT, INSIDE B4 10PM; DOORS OPEN PEOPLE STILL WALKING IN AND OUT OF SITE... MANAGER, MIKE PETERSON, WALKS TO THE DOOR W/KEYS AND STATES THAT ITS 10:05 AND WERE CLOSED! MADE CUSTOMERS ON LINE, INSIDE THE STORE LEAVE, WITHOUT SERVICE...STATING THAT HES LOCKING THE DOORS! First time at a Chick-fil-a for us, and the wait so terribly long. The chicken was good, nothing spectacular but the service was was hreat and the kitchen very orderly for a fast food restaurant. I did enjoy all the different sauces offered. If Im in the area again I may eat there.

My 90 yr old Mom wanted to try it as did I, soup was shredded chicken :wasnt bad was hot for her but no hot tea ? R u kidding? This is NEW ENGLAND not the freakin HOT South!! No? All in all food was OK for a fast food rest.Service people are real polite ! Too polite to a point

Awesome customer service, ambience, friendly staff and owners. And, that chicken sandwich oh well it was just AMAZING. This was my first visit and most certainly not the last. My first experience was fabulous!! Thanks to all the dedicated staff.

The food is generally lackluster. The best thing that my group even had was grilled chicken which was even barely decent at best. Its really not worth the money or the long waits from the massive amount of people there at all hours of the day.

Worst Chick fil a Ive ever been too. The chicken tasted different, got no napkins, and no chick fil a sauce, and the line was super long. The line is okay, but I didnt like the cold, sweet, soggy chicken tenders and the fact I got no sauce.

Slow as molasses service. Waited in drive thru 20 minutes. Fries werent hot. Iced coffee didnt have enough cream- looked like black liquid. Food tasted good though
