I have had a few terrible experiences with this Chipotle, all coming down to the employees that work there. 1. They are consistently out of guacamole and when I ask for some, they refuse to make more for the night 2. Criticized for not ordering online when I was getting two burritos to go. One employee was in such a hurry to finish my first burrito that he completely got it all wrong and had to redo it. 3. I was given a hard time the entire time I was there. The employees were short and critical of me. I have had consistent poor experiences with this Chipotle. Something needs to be done.

Overall, the food has been delicious. My most recent experience, however, was the first time for chicken, and the chicken pieces were grisly and disgusting. Also, the bag of chips I ordered were MUCH too salty. Tortilla chips in true Mexican fare do not contain salt. These were so salty as to be inedible. Quite disappointed compared to my previous 3-4 visits. Staff was rude on this visit as well, but friendly on previous visits. Place is a dirty mess. Where is the Health Dept??? In summary, inconsistent quality and service at this place.

Wow! What a terrible experience. Ive been to Chipotle countless times and never been treated like I was today. After standing in line for more than 45 minutes for Sofritas, they were out. Not only that but also out of chips and guac. There was only one person working on the food. Finally, the manager was rude and dismissive. Bummer, Chipotle. I have no interest in going back to a place that treats me like this.

Slowest chipotle I have ever been to. Only 3 people working there the line was out the door and there seemed to be no sense of urgency from the staff. It took us 45 minutes from the time we pulled up to the time we left with our to-go food. This is unacceptable for a "casual diner" or fast food experience. We will we not be returning to this location ever again!!

Every time I go into this place, the employees always seem so happy. I went in for lunch today, really hungry, and they double-wrapped my burrito and made it huge. Than, the super awesome manager didnt even charge me! He just seems like a genuinely cool guy, and thats probably a huge factor in why the employees are so great. Definitely going back again soon.

The food is always tasty. But the downside is the service. People in this store dont seem to know how to roll your burrito. Maybe 50% of the time you will get your burrito rolled right, then another half its either broken or badly wrapped. They need more training. Or put more qualified people at busy times and use trainees at off peak hours.

In town visiting and I get the most tiny servings I have ever seen at any Chipotle, and I have been to hundreds. I love Chipotle but this place needs better servers of meat because this is unacceptable. In addition no one is the least bit attentive at making sure the tables are clean.

As Chipotles go, this one is average at best. Staff are nice and helpful, but very slow compared to the Chipotle I grew up going to in Ohio. The line moves like molasses, even when there is a staff on every station. Food is the same though, so I went with 3 stars.

Its a Chipotle. Other reviewers are getting bent out of shape over it not being authentic, but for Christs sake its Chipotle. The same Chipotle you get everywhere else. Its a good meal for a decent price, but dont come here and expect it to be authentic.

Placed an order online that told me to pick up in 45 minutes. Got there on time and the food wasnt ready, another fifteen minutes go by and the food still wasnt ready. Cancelled my order and got Five Guys in under 11 minutes.

This particular Chipotle seems really disorganized sometimes, but nine visits out of ten the burritos are still the best around. The menus simple and the ingredients are tasty. And, yeah, the guacamoles kinda addictive.

Lines can be very long, especially at night. Food is what you would expect, employees are usually very pleasant. Wish they had some variety in the hot sauce selection and actually carried some Mexican sauces.
