They were very unclean. I wouldnt eat anything from there. The place was managed horribly, and they had no idea how to schedule people. People quit and are hired over and over because everyone figures out how bad/disgusting it is eventually. They always have a fruit fly infestation, and it LITERALLY gets into the food/drinks. I never met anyone who actually liked working there. The actual manager is a clod, and is never in the store because she is too busy out socializing. We would have to wait 15 minutes AFTER we got punched out for the assistant manager to get into his "club clothes" after closing at night. Unpaid 15 minutes before we could leave, so he could change. It was ridiculous. Please dont ever go here.

I usually love all the Baristas here in Branford. But, four weeks ago and again one week later, the older blond woman at the drive-thru refused to give me a bag for my (hot) oatmeal and brown sugar, dried fruit and nut toppings with a spoon. She said, "I dont feel comfortable giving you a bag!" And the next Saturday yet again she begrudgingly gave me one. And while giving it to me she ripped the bag apparently as she was mad at handing it over. Very bad attitude and service considering I go here almost every day. But not lately- I havent been here in three weeks.

I am a barista at Starbucks in New York as I went home for vacation I wanted some Starbucks came to Branford Starbucks, they are the worse Ive been. Customer support role person was rude, the cashier had no eye contact and was rolling his eyes and fixing his name tag while I take a order. I had to repeat my numbers 3 times. The guy pours me nonfat milk instead of 2%. This place needs better workers and follow the rules better, they are so slow it took me 10 mins to get my iced latte. Thats worse than your daypart average. Never going back.

Legit worst service of any Starbucks worldwide. The most inefficient staff ever. Wait is always ridiculous regardless of the number of people on line or the number of people working. Today there were four people working behind the counter and only one was making coffee. Meanwhile, it took 14 minutes to get a latte with one person ahead of me in line. Un-freaking-believable.

Zero-personality barista today, no greeting, more interested in a conversation with a co-worker, asked me to repeat my order...for one standard item, asked me to repeat my name..."Ray". Maybe she just had a bad day. Im not a complainer, probably spoiled though by the great service thats typical at this Starbucks. The coffee was perfect, thank you!

I regularly visit this Starbucks to sit and work at one of the tables. There is plenty of room and enough outlets for most. Could use a couple of floor outlets in the center of the space, but cant really knock them for this. There are tables and umbrellas outside, but Ive never used these. Courteous staff, fast service, clean bathrooms.

I love the staff at our local Starbucks! They remember me, and sometimes well pick up conversations where we left off weeks before. The wait time at the drive thru is often quite long, and Ive received mis-orders before (and always been compensated for my trouble), but the staff friendliness definitely makes up for those quirks.

Dirty mold on oranges Slices. In my drink out side very dirty looks terrible. Holles. All over parking lot slow and. Management. Dont. Care and is not there when you need them very sad. I like Starbucks but store is a eye sore....!!!!

Easy access to I-95. Convenient place to grab a coffee when starting a road trip. Despite often long drive-through lines, the staff will get your order right without too long a wait.

This Starbucks is always busy, but for a good reason!! The staff is always happy and smiling, super friendly, and patient!! The drinks are consistent, and made perfectly!

I USUALLY GO TO STARBUCKS IN THE MORNING AFTER WORK IN THE MORNING. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THE PRICES ARE REDICULOUS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!!! ITS NOT MADE OF GOLD !!
