The girl behind the counter knew nothing about the products she was able to serve. I asked for a white chocolate mocha and she poured peppermint coffee with a pump of syrup, Tates terrible! I also asked what kind of drip coffee she had available today and she named salted caramel and marshmallow and nothing else till her brain tumor resolved and she realized that she also had Colombian, Guatemala roasts and a few others, dumbass. Please common grounds dont go out of business due to dumb labor. This is what hiring for minimum wage gets our society.

Look for a new Common Grounds opening soon in Tommy La Plaza in Hamden Ct. Thats my town, YEAHHHHH! Its Here now open in Hamden. TOMMY Ks PLAZA. JAN 14th. Same great coffees and treats. Great interior design. Comfortable inviting atmosphere for locals. Seniors welcome and youngies alike.

From the moment we walked in from the cold arctic air it felt as though we had entered an ideal sitting room full of friends and soft leather furniture, cozy tables, and a dreamscape of baked goods and sweet nectar -- the coffee. As a D&D regular .. after today i can justify the drive from cheshire to branford for another dose of Common Grounds!!!

This is a nice place with awesome coffee, wonderful furniture and ice-skating air conditioning. Most their home blends are nice, my favourite is coconut decaf. Also, pistachio muffin is very nice.

A fantastic little cafe. They have great coffee, and a variety of specialty drinks. Also, they have a huge selection of biscotti. Definitely a nice place to spend a few hours.
