ordered one frappuccino from the secret menu and the old lady working here tried to charge me $14 because I mixed with three different flavors. I always order the secret menu in stores but never had such an expensive Starbucks drink. Back to the store near my house and it only costs me $4.7! If I was the manager I would never hire someone who charge the customers whatever she wants and know nothing about offering good service.

Long, crazy lines but they got it moving. It took a little while until I got my order but it was correct! There is a waiting bench so the wait was not too bad.

Terrible service. The store looked depressing and the baristas looked like they hated their jobs. The drinks were terrible as well. Avoid going here.
