The owners and staff at Tend clearly take pride in their craft! The coffee is made perfectly - roasted on site, and they come up with some interesting creations with their drinks. Mostly, though, I come here for the baked goods (wha??? Lol). The almond croissant is awesome, and they have another one - not sure of the name, but Ill call it the baked vanilla custard croissant thingie - that is pure heaven...especially if youre lucky to get it right out of the oven (theyll politely warn you its too hot, but dont listen). Sadly, Im deducting a star for the ambience. Very little in terms of comfortable seating. Not sure why they designed it with such a huge amount of space between the counter and the machines (the staff have at least twice as much room as the patrons do). Theyd do better to recede the counter, dim the lights, and add a couch or two. Still, though - love the coffee, love the baked vanilla custard croissant thingie, and like the polite and attentive staff (Id say "love", but I have a hard time committing to relationships).

The coffee beans that they sell/roast here are excellent and the pastries are also delicious/ fresh. The actual coffee that they sell to drink is just ok; they usually only brew the same kind of darkie roast coffee. The service is a little bit weird; sometimes friendly, sometimes with a bit of an attitude and I cant put my finger on it, but lucky for them, not many organic coffee roasters/ sellers on this side of NY...

This place is such a gem! They offer organic coffees and teas with different flavors like honey, almond, lavender, etc. that can be added. They also have tasty and unique desserts and pastries each day. Fair prices and lovely staff. I wish there were more seating indoors to hang and chat with a friend, but this is an excellent place to stop in for a beverage or a treat.

Great coffee, fantastic staff. One of the better chai teas I had. The place is very cute. The layout is a bit confusing. There menu is not inherently obvious, also not everything is listed in the main menu. The space is a bit small. Difficult to get a coffee and work on something, although I do not feel like that should be expected. Overall a very positive experience.

This local gem gets it right every time. I take whomever Im with here & they are never disappointed. From the exceptional coffee to the top notch friendly staff & pastries. They also have a delightful chocolate assortment all handmade. My absolute favorite that all the batistas know me by is the four leaf latte!

Really excellent coffee and espresso. Friendly staff and carefully handcrafted espresso drinks. Although the selection of food is very limited the quality of the two we sampled was very good. Were visiting from out of town and will buy a bag of their coffee to take home!

Keep it up. The baristas are knowledgeable and friendly. Sometimes I ask them silly questions and theyre still kind and never arrogant. They have plenty of milk alternatives. I love all the food items Ive tried here. So happy this place opened. Its super clean too!

The staff are very polite and friendly, and the coffee is exceptionally good. The owner Sue is an absolute sweet heart and loves to chat for a while with her costumers. Beats a Starbucks hands down ! Stop in and try a cup of their coffee and youll be hooked!

Delicious coffee. Friendly staff. Best coffee in a 20 mile radius. Worth driving a little further for. They roast their beans in house. Home made pastries! Plus they donate all unsold pastries. Their rewards program works off your credit card automatically!!

I came here recently for the first time and tried the cold brew. It was a huge miss. Its possibly the worst Ive ever had and Ive tried cold brew from more than 15 different places. The prices are fair, but I dont plan on giving this place a second shot.
