THEY DONT LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!! I USED TO COME HERE TWICE A WEEK AND ORDER 2 LARGE ORDERS OF THE BONELESS WINGS. THE THEY CHANGED THE MENU (WHICH WAS THE WORST IDEA EVER) BECAUSE NOW YOU CAN ONLY ORDER ONE SET SIZE OF BONELESS WINGS. I GAVE COUNTLESS FEEDBACK ABOUT HOW BAD OF A IDEA THIS WAS AND WHEN I ASKED THE STAFF THEY ALSO SAID THEY KEEP GETTING COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS NEW MENU AND THE ONE SIZE ONLY BONELESS WINGS. EVEN A MANAGER TOLD ME THAT NOT MANY PEOPLE ARE HAPPY WITH IT AND DONT BE SUPRISED IF THE BONELESS WINGS PART OF THE MENU GOES BACK TO THE WAY IT USED TO BE (WHICH WAS SMALL OR LARGE, NOT ONLY ONE SET SIZE). SO MONTHS PASS AND STILL NOTHING HAD CHANGED. SO I ORDER MY USUAL FOOD TODAY AND I GET 2 SMALL BLUE CHEESE, EVER SINCE THE NEW MENU THEY AT LEAST STILL GAVE 2 LARGE CONTAINERS, SO WHEN I SAY SOMETHING ABOUT THE SIZE, THE LADY SAYS "OH THEY CUT BACK ON THE SIZE OF THE BLUE CHEESE NOW YOU ONLY GET A SMALL CONTAINER. I SAID WELL CLEARLY THERE IS NO POINT IN LEAVING FEEDBACK WHEN THEY ASK FOR IT WHEN THEY DONT LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND CONTINUE TO CUT BACK AND DOWN SIZE THE FOOD. ITS VERY DISAPPOINTING BECAUSE NOT TOO LONG AGO SLIDERS WAS GREAT.. GREAT FOOD, GREAT PORTIONS AND GREAT SERVICE BUT OVER THE PAST YEAR ITS JUST BEEN HORRIBLE. REMEMBER I WAS SPENDING CLOSE TO $200 DOLLARS A WEEK ON WINGS FROM HERE FOR ALMOST A YEAR... BUT WHOEVER TOOK OVER AND CHANGED THE MENU AND EVERYTHING FOR THAT MATTER HAS RUINED WHAT WAS ONCE A GREAT ESTABLISHMENT WITH GREAT SERVICE..... ITS REALLY A SHAME... THIS WAS ONE OF THOSE RARE PLACES THAT ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND NOT RIPPING THEM OFF BUT AS WITH EVERYTHING THESE DAYS, THE PEOPLE (OR COMPANY) THAT TOOK OVER PRETTY MUCH COMMERCIALIZED AND DOWN SIZED THE FOOD, RAISED THE PRICES AND COULD CARELESS WHAT THEIR CUSTOMERS THINK... I GET IT TIMES ARE CHANGING BUT WHY EVEN ASK FOR FEEDBACK IN YOU DONT CARE WHAT YOUR "DEDICATED" CUSTOMERS HAVE TO SAY... ITS A SHAME.... SUCH A GREAT PLACES FOR SO MANY YEARS AND NOW RUINED IN THE COURSE OF A YEAR..... IF IT WASNT ENOUGH WITH THE SMALLER PORTIONS AND ONLY THE ABILITY TO ORDER ONE SIZE ONLY BONELESS WINGS NOW THEY START WITH THE SMALL CONTAINERS OF BLUE CHEESE AND RANCH... I MEAN REALLY WHO CAN EAT A (SO-CALLED) 1/2 POUND ORDER OF BONELESS WINGS WITH A CONTAINER OF BLUE CHEESE THATS THE EQUIVALENT 1 SAUCE AT MCDONALDS.... I REALLY HOPE THE OWNERS READ THIS AND START LISTENING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE EACH TIME I COME HERE ITS GETTING MORE AND MORE REDICULAS.... TO THE POINT WHERE I MIGHT HAVE TO FIND A NEW PLACE TO GO AFTER ALL THESE YEARS OF BEING A DEDICATED CUSTOMER.

Been going here since college days, out of all bars in greater Hartford area, Sliders has the best service. If your beer is close to empty they will ask you if you want another rather than waiting for it later on. Food is ordered and rarely is brought late, I usually order 12 hot wings and Im surprised when they come 5 mins later piping hot. Overall, when you become a regular it gets better. I walk in, find an easy seat at bar, ask to change channel, order beer and eat within 15-20 min. Service, food quality, beer choices, and local people give this place 5 stars. They wouldnt open up so many new locations if they were not popular.

STAY AWAY. No joke, my wife and I stopped here were visiting from Los Angeles and stopped here for a late night bite. I found a COCKROACH in my burger. When I told the waitress she told me, "Sorry, but thats natural. We cant replace it or refund you because youve eaten more than 1/4 of the burger"! Lol. Seriously!?? I almost threw up. I guess theres a bunch of Sliders on the east coast. You couldnt pay me enough to EVER eat at any Sliders again. In fact, Im contacting my attorney and reporting them to the health department.

Used to like the Berlin one, the food is ok, a little pricey for the portion, but we had gone here for 2 years plus because of a wonderful young lady, Victoria. But that all ends as of now because of tier poor decision to terminate her. I know the details, but will not divulge them here, I also know she had a lot of regulars. I hope they all stop going here. Places like this are about the staff, you like someone, you keep going back, there are a lot of better food options for the money.

Terrible. Says they close at 1am. I was visiting from out of town and they went there at 11:30pm. They would not serve me. I asked them to simply serve me 1 drink and they said no. I told them I was going to leave a negative review. Then as I walked outside they shut the shades and mocked me because I dropped my keys. Totally unprofessional and absurd. Go to Fridays down the street who actually treats their customers respectfully.

Came here based on a bad recommendation, the sheer number of TVs in a section is obnoxious and a sensory overload. Food is decent, waitstaff is ok, and the wings leave a bit to be desired. If all I cared about was watching a game on dozens of Neon tvs and eating and drinking as cheap as possible then id be in hog heaven. But its not good for much else.

Usually my Caribbean jerk wings are great cooked just the way I like them went in last night to pick up some wings to go and they were terrible some of them wasnt even fully cooked will definitely check them next time. Service is not the same at this place very disappointed. Might start going back to Plainville

Great wings. Garlic Parmesan is best I ever had. Order wings "well done" to ensure theyre always done enough. Staff is usually pleasant. Sliders used to have Golden T and pool tables once upon a time and while the organization has elevated its class, these fun activities prompted more frequent visits.

That was the worst sliders that I have walked into. Two groups walked in after my husband and I. Guess who got there drinks first.. Had a server come over and say are you ok and we said we have been waiting for our drinks and sever never came back. That server went to the bar and walked away. Haha wow

First time there and enjoyed the options they had! Ordered a bunch of appetizers along with a burger and fries. Definitely try their wings (tons of flavors) or maybe even the buffalo chicken dip! Bring a sweater with you just in case though because it is a little chilly in there!

Customer service used to be top notch at this place now all they care about is taking your money. Wings wasnt fully cooked the bartender basically thru my change on the bar,was gonna give her a tip but decided she didnt deserve one. Come on sliders you can do a lot better.

Used 2 b better years ago. Wings flavor choice is good, but the quality is middle of the road. 8 years ago, I would have given this place 4 stars at least, but they opened more locations, and quality and service has suffered.TIP - Best 2 go on a slow day or time 4 best service
