This is the fifth or sixth time ive been here and each time it seems to get worse. The "Seat Yourself" policy just means it will be 10-15 minutes before anyone notices you came in so you might as well grab your own menu before you sit down. Ive gone unseen 3 times out of five for more than 10 minutes. Our server came over and took a drink order, neglecting to mention her name until much later. We put in an order of a 1/2 dozen wings, an alcoholic beverage for my Wife and a Sprite for me since I was too hungry for alcohol quite yet. When our server came back she dropped off our drinks and I was going to order a beer but she left just as quick as she arrived before I could even get a word out. Almost 10 minutes later she came back to see if we wanted entrees which we did and we ordered a Tossed Salad and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. I ordered a non-draft beer. It took a total of 25 minutes for our wings to arrive; more on drinks later. The wings were overcooked and crispy. I didnt complain because I was really just hungry and didnt want trouble. The beer must have been jammed in a corner because it took over ten minutes for them to figure out they couldnt find it and if I had a second choice just in case. Eventually the beer I ordered was found and my glass was frosty. Upon dropping the beer off from a tray full of drinks, my Wife reminded our server, Bailey, of the water she asked for previously. Baileys response was "Yes, just give me a second" almost as if she didnt forget and we were pestering her for it. Bailey walked away, dropped off the remainder of her drinks to the booth near us and walked away towards the back of the restaurant. She arrived a few minutes later with only the water in her hand. Clearly she forgot and should have simply said as much. It was just water. Our entrees came a total of 30 minutes after placing the order. Again, we ordered a wrap and a salad. After about 25 minutes the hostess came by asking if we needed anything. She must have noticed us getting a little annoyed. Upon our foods arrival the salad appeared pre-made but was fresh. The wrap was good. Our server informed us of a large party in the bar slowing down ticket times and apologized for this. My concern is thus: If youre a sports bar with TVs on pretty much every vertical surface you own, you cant afford to be naive in thinking that youre okay with a skeleton crew during BIG SPORTING EVENTS. Its the WORLD CUP. Having worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years before my current career I am familiar with many things that arent the servers fault and cannot be avoided. This restaurant is simply plagued with a lack of manager oversight during lunch and poor company policy. At this point im pretty sure I wont be coming back which is very disappointing to me. I really enjoy sitting by the window using their wifi and occasionally glancing at whatever sporting event is on display while enjoying a cold beverage. Total time for lunch: 90 minutes.

This is a place that you can take your girlfriend or you can take a big group of friends it as it accomodated both issues... You could also be a family man or a woman and have a childs birthday party there at the same time just by sitting in the regular seating area away from the bar,, so whether you want to have a good family time with you want to have a good date with your significant other or if you simply want to get together with the guys this place can do all of that as it is not too loud even on St. Pattys Day!!!! I was very pleasantly surprised that it was not a loud place at all, even though it is Saint Patricks Day this place was not allowed place so its my girlfriends recommendations which is usually always the same somewhere that is not too loud or two high-profile somewhere that is Low-key, while treating you as if it was a regular one on one restaurant.

I went to sliders around 12 today and I sat in the front with my friend. there was only 2 other tables taken and very slow. We sat for 15 min and no one went to our table. We decided to go to the bar and someone took or order , we did not receive any utensils.the waitress took forever to ask for our order and we had to wait forever just to ask for our receipts when we had our boxes ready to go. I dont recommend going here the waitress did not care about serving us and should not take forever to ask us if we need anything or just do her job.also the buffalo dip and my buffalo wings did not taste like it should have and I couldnt finish my food because it made me sick.

This is a great sports bar, with tons of TVs and awesome wings! Has always been my favorite place to get wings in CT. Buffalo blue is my go to, but so many other great options. Menu updates occur frequently, which is nice to see. You can also count on them to always have some great local craft beers on tap. This is a super family friendly place, and great for kids. Service is always good, friendly and servers are very attentive.

I like wings. Ive been trying them everywhere since I moved to CT. Sliders is my go-to for wings. The bartenders are wicked nice. It gets busy during big games, Sundays during football season, etc (duh). Flippin Bird is Sliders own beer and its pretty damn good. If youre looking for another wing destination, J Timothys diet wings in plainville are great as well.

Okay food but terrible service. Was seated and waited 20 minutes for a server to come over. Other tables that had been sat after us received service before us. Half of the orders came out incorrectly and our waitress never came back after she brought the food. The manager only took off 6 dollars from our bill. I will not be returning to sliders West Hartford

Great wings and beer selection! Service was solid even though it took our waitress a little bit to loosen up on an early Sunday.. hopefully shell find her mojo before NFL season kicks in soon!! In general though, great spot! Doesnt look like much from the outside but once youre in, youll find a bright, airy sports bar with lots of screens!

Look man the people are great and the wings are great. Seriously though what the trucking truck, you guys took away late night happy hour. That spit is trucked up. This reviewer, at the time of posting, gives you one star with abundant hope that you will remidy this terrible situation. Will not be back until the atmosphere improves.

Omg....the parmesan/garlic wings.....is a must if you love both these ingredients. It is one of their signature dishes. So much variety with wing flavors. Im so addictive to their wings I havent tried much but I heard their pulled pork sliders are pretty good.

Aggressive bar staff that ruined a planned comfortable Sunday afternoon of NFL football. Ive never encountered such rudeness and arrogance. Although the wings are good, the service will turn your stomach. West Hartford has too many great options. Keep driving.

The service used to be amazing now it is very very slow. You can go at lunch and its not busy at all and still wait a long time. The only way its fast is if you sit at the bar. The food is the best though
